This is a very front-heavy spatula composed of stainless steel with a plastic handle. It is pleasingly thick, which has resulted in excellent performance on cast iron and stainless steel pans. The blade of the spatula is bevelled, which while not sharp it does have a point, enabling the spatula to effortlessly pick up your item of choice.
I used it to make a few smash burgers on my cast iron griddle, and it worked flawlessly. It is thick enough steel that in a pinch you could use it to smash down the beef patties. While I really like this spatula, I think the handle could be a little longer – it would help with the front-heavy design.
Overall however I find this to be a very decent stainless steel spatula, especially considering the reasonable price. You would not be disappointed if you were to purchase it.
