Essentially, what you have here is an electronic device that spins around at a varying speed based on your preference.
Where the fun comes in, is you get two ‘cables’ that you attach to the device (you can attach one or two) and create a ‘skipping rope’ style challenge where, as the device spins, you need to jump over them.
It’s good fun and there is plenty of range for beginners who have never tried this before all the way up to extremely high-level jumpers. You just choose the number of ‘ropes’ you want and adjust the speed, which increases the number of jumps you need to take per minute.
The device also functions as a medium-quality bluetooth speaker, but you will only use it whilst you are jumping as there are far better options out there than this for speaker purpose.
What is really handy is the little remote control, that lets you adjust the speeds or stop the workout whilst you are jumping. This means you don’t need to stop mid-workout to increase or decrease the difficulty.
Overall, it’s a really fun device: whether you’re buying for a kid or adult!
Although this just looks like a basic setup in order to get your kids jumping around and skipping it’s a lot more fun than that as it basically just carries on push the ground without the danger of it whipping into you is just about strong enough to be able to get a skip over it but not strong enough to actually hurt at all, it’s also able to be turned on and off from a remote control which you can hold in your hand whilst your skipping it can even play music through it as it has a Bluetooth Speaker on so you can sort of get a rhythm to your skips that matches the music that’s coming out of the machine itself.
