Bought this for my painful knee while trail running, worked a treat and gave the exact amount of support it needed. Back on the trail after a week of rest and support. I now wear it for every run. Good quality and worth every penny.

Bought this knee brace for my elderly mother due to arthritis in her knee. After measuring as required and selecting the correct size, I ordered the item for her. When it arrived she tried it, but found it to be too tight on her upper part of the knee. Neenca had emailed when the item initially arrived and as requested I contacted them initially to have the issue remedied. They were quick to respond and offered to replace and then supplied the next size up. This was sent and fitted perfectly. The Knee Brace was fantastic and the service from Neenca was exemplary. I would very much recommend the Knee Brace and any dealings with Neenca.

Arrived swiftly and after trying a different knee support was keen to try this one out. Advertised as fitting 60-70cm thigh it puller onto my 64cm chubby thigh nicely. It give the right amount of support when standing up with the side bars stopping any lateral movement. Problem came when walking about as it wasn’t tight enough and walked it’s way down my leg, leaving me to constantly hitch it back up. Looked a bit ‘special’ in the supermarket! Tried it on over a pair of lycra leggings which seems to help and have ordered the next size down in the hope of helping my poor injured knee.

Excellent knee support. I have had previous mcl and meniscus injuries and suffer from the initial stages of osteoarthritis . I’m a competitive runner and this helps provide comfort and stability to me. Excellent coverage to even out the shock impact the knee gets from running. I also use this at the gym and can train legs without noticing too much tightness around the knee. Great product for daily or night use. Highly recomd.
