We are guilty of feeding birds! In the process of feeding birds, we were also feeding crafty red tailed squirrels. We tried everything. Super Soaker water guns with vinigar, cayenne pepper in the seed, slinkys on the pole, the list goes on. I saw this spinning dome on Amazon and it had free returns. I figured I could try it for a week or so and would return it when the squirrels figured out a way to defeat it. It’s been three weeks and not a single squirrel has got on the Squirrel Buster feeder! It WORKS! Thank god almighty, it works at last!!!!

This baffle actually worked! The hardware fit the baffle then tool allowed you to customize to size of pole for a secure fit. I bought another. Need a pole whose top removes to use directly on pole

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe have gone through four birdfeeders in the last year. The two fat squirrels that reside in our yard, have destroyed all of them. I finally bought a metal birdfeeder and put it on a shepherds hook. That wasn’t even working, even though we grease the shepherds hook with Vaseline! I purchased Last week, and so far these two pasty squirrels are not able to get up to the birdfeeder. One even jumped from a very far away tree onto the feeder, but he quickly fell off and the baffle kept intact. This is war!

Used it to protect a bird feeder from squirrels and rats, very easy to install, works perfectly. I was worried it would be an eyesore or it would go green with mould being outside, but fine on both counts 6 months in.

I had this up for about six weeks before the squirrels figured out how to jump under the dome and land on top of the feeding tube. Either the dome needs to be longer or I have to trim the handle on my feeder. Solved the problem by coating the top of the feeder with petroleum jelly. The squirrels can not grab on!

I have been having a hard time getting squirrels to stay away from the bird feeders. I felt like I was purchasing bird food every few days when I realized the squirrels were climbing to the top of the bird feeders and hanging down to get to the bird food. I read that you can use hot sauce to keep the squirrels from eating the bird food but I don’t want to hurt them, I just want them to leave the birdfeeders alone. This is perfect because it doesnt allow the squirrel to reach the top while also protecting the birdfeeder from rain or snow. Very easy to use and can be set up in 2 different ways.
