Bought to use in the winter to save scraping the windscreen in the morning..since buying it have only used a handful of times .. due to global warming? Was easy to use and fold up to put in boot.

Excellent windscreen frost/snow cover, it works great. I deducted one star because one night when I put it on it was a frosty night the weather changed to heavy rain with the result that the back fabric got sodden so took a while to dry out. That was the only fly in the ointment, on frosty nights I didn’t have any problem, the mirror covers are an added bonus as are the magnets which keeps it in place on the roof and bonnet. Should be good too in sunny days to keep the car interior cool.

Fits my corsa well stopped the screen from icing up inside and out! Only downside is after it’s quite wet once thawed but I hung it on my heated clothes dryer and it was dry after 2-3 hours! Now stored in the boot!

I was a little dubious about this, but so far it’s brilliant. I’ve only used it twice, but it’s so easy to put on, even for someone who is 5’4″. It has small magnets at the top which immediately magnetise to the roof and small magnets in the bottom which immediately magnetise to the bonnet. The wing mirror mittens (as I call them) fit perfectly and have just enough elastic pull to get over without stress or strain to the fabric and remain in position. The first night saw snow and the windscreen was perfectly clear. I shook the cover off and folded it, put it in the boot and it was dry in seconds.

I bought the XL ‘truck’ size for my Toyota RAV4 and it fits wonderfully, no gaping holes or excess to shut in the doors.

Highly recommended and worth the price I paid of 25.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic

Easy to fit and remove via the inbuilt magnets, this car screen and wing mirrors cover performs perfectly. You do need somewhere to put the frozen – stuff cover when you remove it, but the clear windscreen and mirrors makes up for that dilemma. Massively reduced my car defrost time.

Meant to buy something similar to this for years but took the plunge as it was freezing and it was a Black Friday deal. Attached in a couple of minutes at the end of the working day before overnight minus 2 temperatures. Magnets keep it secure, easy to fix and very happy at how the screen inside and out was completely frost free in the morning. Seems well made and also one night it rained overnight and it was decently waterproof too. Quick shake and lobbed it in the boot for next use. May even pay for itself rather than running the engine using fuel to defrost the screen first thing too. Highly recommended.

The quality of the material seems good, and more durable than some of the junk sold on Amazon.

Marked down because the magnets are as good as useless, and are nowhere near strong enough to hold the cover in place, so you have to tuck it under the wipers to keep it in place.
There’s only about a couple of inches of the ‘ears’ which go in the door shuts to hold it in place on our people carrier, so probably should have looked for a wider cover. But, the side mirror covers do help with this.

Good fit and does the job of protecting the windscreen, no more scraping the ice off in the mornings. Quality seems good and magnets are quite strong. A storage bag would be useful, the one it came in is quite flimsy so will not last long, but that is a minor issue.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersVery nice windscreen cover , does the job really well , I have had it for less than a week , so can’t comment on durability of material , although looks pretty robust for what it is . It was -5 degrees last night , very frosty in the morning but all I had to do is start the engine , fold the windscreen protector away , throw it in the boot and I drove off right away in less than a minute . I have a Honda CRV which is a fairly big SUV type car , and I ordered the larger size , which I believe was 153″ wide if I am not mistaken and it fits perfectly , see the attached picture . I would definitely recommend it as it does the job well , no need for de-icers or chucking warm water on windscreen in morning , and then waiting in the car while it de-mistifies ,which is usually at first as cold as a bloody fridge in the morning or evening , one more thing I would recommend is get a measure tap and measure your windscreen before you order to avoid any disappointment afterwards .

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for Frost protection.

Golden Review Award: 24 From Our UsersI bought the 145 x 118 size for my Toyota Yaris Hybrid and it’s the perfect size. I put it on last night and this morning, the rear and side windows were iced up but the screen and wing mirrors were completely clear. I was delighted.

I found it easy to put on and it only took a minute. It would be perfect if it had a cover case to store it in but it folds up fine and I’m sure I can find something to put it in.

Does the job and was a very good buy.

** Update – if you leave this cover on the car and it rains, water drips down the material that you have slammed in the door and drenches the inside of your car. It’s happened to me twice so far despite being really careful about ensuring there are no creases in the cover before I close the doors.
