Now we of course don’t know who was right: the resistance bands I had before or those but I can tell you that what was 30lbs with my old bands is maybe 40lbs with these ones. apart from that they do their job.
These resistance bands when attatched to doors act as a cheap alternative to your commercial gym cable machines. They look nice and there are many different weight levels which you can stack to make a heavier band. As for traveling with them has not given me problems yet. All in all great cable subsitutions to put in your home gym.
You get all the different resistant bands for a great price vibrant colors the rubber is actually pretty well-made and the handles are very comfortable we really do enjoy this. Well worth the money.
