    My main concern was if the base plates were too thick to slide under a low couch. It required a little strength but as you can see they fit perfectly.
    Other than that these are very slick and made to a good standard and I’m confident they are holding my speakers safely and won’t topple over (important for when I have my young nephews round).
    It’s a bit of a faff to attach a Sonos play:1 speaker but at this price, I can’t complain for the extra 5mins of mental processing power it took to figure it out. They also don’t advertise it as a sonos play:1 stand so really can’t complain.
    Had these for 2 weeks now and as they’re not something that’ll be touched or “used” they seem like they’ll last a while

    5.0 out of 5 stars Slick and sturdy

    I was very happy with the speaker stands there was a variety of brackets included to match the fittings on the back of my Samsung surround speakers to attach to the stands I would highly recommend this speaker stands

    5.0 out of 5 stars Very impressed

    Quite solid. If you fit Powered rear speakers the mains cable will not fit inside the pole so will have to be secured to the outside using the supplied ties. Quite stable but will not take much of a push to knock them over if using with heavy speakers. They look good but to be honest. If you are spending 1500 plus on a system. You are probably better off spending a bit more. However these will do the job if they are not going to get regularly knocked.

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was struggling to find a good pair of speaker stands that would fit my Samsung surround sound. Initially I had doubts about these as to whether it would fit, but it fits perfectly for my Samsung Q930B.

    Very sturdy and well made, and easy to hide the cable which powers the speakers.

    Would highly recommend them, and am thinking about buying another pair in the future as a gift for my parents.

    Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this to mount rear speakers for a Samsung HW-990 sound bar. These fit perfectly and feel secure. The cables don’t run through the legs, they run on the outside. Velcro ties are provided and these work well. Some buyers have experienced issues with the plastic tightening nut, but mine worked fine. Overall these look sleek, are solid and are easy to assemble . I would definitely recommend these Sanus speaker stands.

    Amazingly well built piece of kit, easy to assemble and robust. Would give 5 stars if it could fit 12 awg cables through the column without having to strip the sheath.

    Highly recommended.

    Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI used these for my two rear Samsung Q990B speakers. They fit fine and have held the speakers well for a number of months now. The stability is ok, but if you have excitable children or animals then there is a risk they could easily get knocked over.

    I purchased these stands from my BOSE 700 surround speakers. The ones from Bose were 150. I think these are very good for the price. They have a broad base and is very sturdy. Quite heavy so wont get suddenly toppled over. The height adjustment is a good touch. It comes with many attachments to Fit the speakers from the base or from the back. Overall is very happy with the produc

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe stand is nice and weighty. Easy to assemble and comes with all the bits you need.
    For the BOSE 700 surround speakers you will want the mounting bracket that screws into the stand and then use the provided sticky pad to affix the speaker.
    Cable tucked into the stand nicely, I found it easier inserting the cables from the base towards the top and used a small screw driver to pry them out of the cut out hole at the top of the stand.

    When assembling mine the stand and base had quite a lot of grease on them from production so I’d give them a good wipe over before assembling.

    For the price, the quality is excellent. I don’t understand how people are breaking the adjuster in the middle of the stand, yes it’s plastic but it doesn’t need to be stupidly tight, just hand tight, overall I’m extremely pleased! And would definitely recommend!
    The ability to adjust the height of this definitely made it superior to the official stands BOSE want 150+ for that are fixed at one height.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent stand for Bose 700 Wireless surround speakers

    Whilst they do the job for me, I can say they are not the most sturdy things in the world.
    One thing to beware of is the provided sticky pads, they are not.
    Luckily enough I had some double sided nano adhesive pads that more than did the job.

    First pair returned, faulty. Couldn’t tighten the one joining pole. Reordered thnx to Amazon. Cannot fault quality, design etc compared to what the ones designed for my Samsung speakers. Look the part, shame had hassle returning them. We’ll worth the price, sturdy, adjustable…. No brainer. One star less due to return…

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBox arrived open. Contents seem all ok. 1/4-20X 1/2″screws were compatible with Samsung Q930B rear speakers. It looks ok. Stand is a bit broad and that’s good for holding heavy speakers. Not so great for flexible placement. Also, the egg shaped stand is sturdy only when the speakers are faced to the longer end of the egg shape. Otherwise, it falls over.

    I was looking for a cheaper alternative for my Ikea Symfonisk bookshelf speakers. I managed to fix them on these. You need to buy the wall stand from IKEA and you can attach that shelf to these if you want to keep them on the floo

    Golden Review Award: 38 From Our UsersExcellent stands for my LG – SPK8 rear wireless speakers.

    * Easy to assemble

    * Look Great

    * Well made

    * Speaker wires can be hidden in stands tubing

    * Perfect height for my setup

    * Bargain price

    I almost nearly never bought these because sometimes i look too far into some of the negative reviews and it puts me right off products.

    One review claimed these don’t fit the LG – SPK8 rear wireless speakers, well im sorry but thats a lie.

    Their is a few different fitments inside the kit including L shaped brackets which i used couple with the extension bar and knob, this adds 3cm in height on the SPK8 speakers, their is flat plates if you want to sit the speaker ontop of the bracket which are the wrong size for my application, their is other various bits and pieces for other speaker applications also.

    To fit the LG – SPK8 speakers to the stands requires:

    2 x L brackets
    2 x (m4 7mm) screws
    2 x (m5 12mm) screws
    2 x extension bars (adds 3cm in height)
    2 x twist knob

    **These are all included in the kit**

    The L brackets will fit most speaker applications with threaded inserts in the back of speaker providing you have the correct size screw for your speaker.
    Also due to the shape of the bar on the stand you can either have the bend facing forward or backwards depending how long your speaker is so your speaker does not hit the stand.

    Other screws included are:

    2 x m4 (10mm)
    2 x m5 (12mm)
    2 x 1/4-(20x12mm) (for slotted rear speakers not threaded)
    2 x 1/4-(20×1/2″)

    Max height with LG – SPK8 speakers:

    * Top of speaker to base of stand
    Approx 105cm
    (+3cm with extension)

    * Bottom of speaker to base of stand
    Approx 92cm
    (+3cm with extension)

    Theres not much more to say other than fantasticoooo.

    If you liked this review or it helped you out in anyway, please do give it the thumbs up for me
    Many thanks Louis

    Although the stands come with a variety of fitments, I had to force one of them into an unnatural position, in order to support my Yamaha NX-E130 rear speakers!…

    The Yamaha’s have keyhole slots at the back, but they’re recessed into a curved surface, so the supplied keyhole bolts wouldn’t reach. Fortunately, there’s also a threaded insert underneath the speaker, whose hole aligned quite nicely with one of the other fitments. Unfortunately, there were no bolts supplied that would fit said insert, so I had to acquire those separately.

    The slot for threading the wire through was an exceedingly tight fit with my chosen cable. I had to push-pull the entire length of it through from the top (since there was not a chance of just threading the short end up from the bottom and then getting it to turn through 90)

    Although the stands are stable enough with the 1Kg Yamaha speakers, I’m not convinced I’d want to use them with anything heavier. I wouldn’t entertain them, if there was a toddler in the house.

    There are other, significantly cheaper, noname satellite speaker stands for sale on Amazon – I can’t help but feel they would have done just as good a job.

    Updated.
    =======

    I’ve just added some photos of two other speakers, attached to the Sanus stand. The first is one of my old Tangent EVO 4’s, which at 2.3Kg is outside the recommended weight – the 2nd is a Monitor Audio MASS 2. To fit the Tangent ‘properly’, some filing of the hole in the mounting piece would be required. The Monitor Audio fits, but it was quite a fiddly job getting the back on (which is a criticism of the speaker, not the stand!)

    4.0 out of 5 stars Universal fitment = fits nothing properly?
