I love this set of films, watched them over and over and over.
Some great scenes, and crazy games that were not nice and had me feeling a bit scared lol

Film entertaining enough instead of boring tv but feel that the saw series may have exhausted its shock/horror impact. Like so many other great movies they keep getting churned out until they start to lose their appeal.

Love the saw series and this was no exception. It did take a while to see where the film was going but once it did get going it didn’t disappoint.

This film is great if you’ve watch all the rest of the saw films. Might be my crude mind but I just laughed at the deaths. But I’m one of these people it’s like that’s not real. And that wouldn’t happen like that. I take notes of the machines. And it’s like that wouldn’t work like that.

I’ve seen and bought all before and some are better than others. Overall they don’t thrill me much at all.

Spiral, 2 mins in and hubby and I looked at each other and said “he did it” lol

We still knew ahead of time what was gonna happen as we rarely watch a film we haven’t figured out in the first 5 mins.

It was however the best out of all of them.

Still! 10 films and haven’t winced once. Lol

I have watched all previous SAWs this story line was incredible and it had the time length to tell the story . The ending was also great with twist after twists leaving us thinking their could be a potential follow up

I wasn’t expecting this movie to be as good as it was due to there being so many and eventually movies tend to not be as good as the first few movies that are released. I really enjoyed this movie and wasn’t expecting what happened towards the end of the film.

I’m a huge Saw fan and I must admit Saw X had me from its very first trailer. Finally, after some low notes (Jigsaw, Spiral), Saw was putting its greatest asset to good use – Tobin Bell.

Tobin absolutely kills it in Saw X. This is 100% John Kramer’s story as the anti-hero we always wanted him to be. The story is oddly emotionally for a Saw film, the traps are gnarly and there are plenty of moments for the long time fans.

The Blu Ray itself is great! The special features include a feature length making of documentary and a good 30+ minutes of deleted scenes. I’m very happy to finally have the home release and it will be the pride and joy of my Saw collectio

As a long-time Saw fan who’s been let down over and over by things like Jigsaw and Spiral, I had the lowest expectations going into this, but as a Saw movies go this one is definitely a content for one of the Top 3, or at least Top 5!

Well worth a watch if you’re a fan of the franchise! And make sure to watch the credits!

This film is a prequel set between Saw 1 and 2 in the franchise, and once again putting the amazing Tobin Bell back in the driver’s seat and revitalising the franchise after the recent lacklustre films in the series. It was was fantastic to flesh out more of John’s backstory, with some of the new traps also being incredibly inventive and brutal. Thoroughly enjoyed this film and hoping to see more along similar lines in future.

Two men wake up at opposite sides of a dirty, disused bathroom, chained by their ankles to pipes.

Between them lies a dead man loosely clutching a hand-held tape player and a handgun. Each finds a tape the perfect fit for the player in their back pocket.

They play the tapes. One is threatened, the other isn’t. But they have a task: One must kill the other by 6:00, or his wife and daughter will die.

They are the two newest victims of the Jigsaw Killer.

Through a series of flashbacks, we learn of more victims, and of the nearly-successful capture of the Jigsaw Killer, who doesn’t actually kill his victims.

Instead, he finds ways to make them kill either themselves, or each other, and he thinks the entire ‘game’ out perfectly….

This is one of those movies that is never the same when you watch it for the second time, but it’s still a great viewing pleasure, as it answers so many questions you may have asked first time around.

The plot is simple, but what makes the film work so well is the fluid narrative, and intricate storytelling using flashbacks between the two men, Jigsaw, and Danny Glover.

Each of these four people have a different story throughout the movie, but it all leads back to that one room.

It’s obviously not for weak stomachs, and the film has spawned several sequels, some good, some not.

But the best thing about this film is Jigsaw, a ‘villain’ you actually have empathy for in some strange way, as for once, he is a human being, dying, and want to make people appreciate life.

It’s well worth seeing, and you really don’t need to see the other six with this, but seeing them in one full swoop, it’s quite a good story.

But Elwes’ face does get way too pale at the end, he looks like a Cullen.
