I got this item for my work because i love my coffee , I do a lot of late night driving and hate paying out for expensive coffee , I feel this will pay for it self also I like the perch because one of my hobbies is fishing
Bought as a gift. Recipient is very pleased and says it keeps hot drinks hot for a full working day (at least 8 hours). Large capacity, easy to clean, looks good.
Having had one of these for a number of years, I recently bought another as a gift for a family member. He was really pleased with the quality and colour and I’ve no doubt that it will serve him just as well as mine has served me (it fell of Snowdon once and was fine). I use it for coffee while hiking and find it keeps the drink hot for the whole day. I prefer these types of flasks over the ones with a little button in that you press to pour because they are much easier to clean and less likely to break. I also like that they come with a cup as even though it’s small it means you don’t have to carry a mug with you (unless you want to share your brew, pah!). Well worth the money in my opinion as you simply won’t have to buy another flask ever.
Really impressed with the flask- it keeps the contents hot enough for several hours. I only use it to store hot water (for ease of cleaning) and it keeps it hot enough to brew a perfectly nice cup tea after 16hrs+.
A friend recommended this flask as it keeps warm for hours. Well I bought it as I needed it for an event I was going to and it was excellent and the water remained very hot. It was still hot (although not boiling) the next day.
So to save energy on boiling a kettle through the day, I now use it through the day, fill it up and it remains hot enough all day, so that I do not have to use electricity to boil the kettle so many times a day.
the only question I do have is how do you stop the inside scaling up due to hard water like flasks do?
Worth buying
It is a perfect choice. Just one problem for me that is a little bit heavy. The other things are really good and convenient. Keep the water warm for very long time Comparing with other that i had before.
I don’t think it quite does what it claims on the tin, but after a day of being in the fields, I could still drink mine. I wouldn’t have done so after 12 hours though!
A great looking and very effective flask. I tested the flask with boiling water and left it. I can’t say it will manage the claimed 45 hours but after 30 hours the water was still very hot, easily hot enough for a drink. I haven’t tested how long it will keep things cold but I expect it will perform just as well.
The handle (plastic) clips back against the body of the flask making it a little easier to slip into a bag or pack but it’s still quite a large flask (I have the 1.9 litre). The build quality is very good, nothing feels cheap or like a corner was cut to save money.
I picked it up in a sale but would gladly pay the full price. If you need a flask that delivers then this is the one.
