I bought these after having tried the Amazon Basics batteries. These ones were not that much more expensive but found them to last much longer and fit toys, remote controls etc much better.
I recently purchased a pack of 40 AA batteries, and I must admit that my initial experience was a bit disappointing. The first batch I received didn’t work, which left me feeling frustrated. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service that followed.
Upon discovering the issue, I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They quickly resolved the problem by sending me a replacement set of batteries without any hassle. This level of customer support truly exceeded my expectations and turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one.
As for the batteries themselves, once I received the replacement set, they worked flawlessly. They powered all my devices efficiently and had a decent lifespan. With 40 batteries in one pack, I had an ample supply that lasted me quite a while.
While the initial hiccup was a setback, the excellent customer service and the quality of the batteries in the end made this purchase a worthwhile one. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and their commitment to resolving issues promptly. If you’re in need of a large pack of AA batteries, I recommend considering this product, knowing that you’ll be well taken care of if any issues arise.
good quality batteries, compared to other batteries I have used these seem to be living forever. I have used in christmas decorations, kitchen utensils and kids toys, all without disappointment at device performance and lifespan.
Good value for money and are as good in use as the supermarket brands. As many devices advise against using longlife batteries that work right up to the end and then run out almost instantly, on the basis that when the ‘normal’ ones start to run down, there is an alarm system activated to warn of impendnig failure (smoke alarms & CO2 alarms spring to mind), which could be from 7 to 30 days from activiaion of the alarm. I have also used rechargeable batteries for a long time but found that after only a few recharges, they start to lose their charge quite quickly.
Now that recycling systems are in place to recover the materials from redundant batteries, I am happy to use these disposable items as being reasonably cost effective.
