My daughter has been after one of these bottles for a little while and she is over the moon with it. Really delighted with the product. Works great and reasonably priced. Delivery came same day. No problems here.
This water bottle has a very effective and amazing design – it’s smart in the way it tricks the brain on the flavour through the smell. It helps to encourage younger children to drink water and can last some time. Good range of flavours and the bottle can be cleaned easily too.
Having obtained this for my daughter, have to confess did not realise it was similar to a popular branded model; she said the branded model had been popular at her school in her last years at primary school.
Having now seen the popular branded bottle, this bottle is very similar in design, just cheaper.
The bottle itself seems well constructed, decent length straw inside gets right to the bottom of the bottle, the mouth piece looks like it should last a good amount of time (having seen various straw type water bottles get the top chewed off!) It has a decent capacity of 650ml, possibly making it too large (tall) for some applications.
Supplied with seven capsules, she is gradually working through the ones that appeal. Fitting them to the bottle for her, they certainly do have a recognisable scent so can see how the concept would work. She is certainly drinking more water using it, which is a good result!
Lifespan of the scent pods unknown at the moment, the box indicates they should last for 5 litres or 8 bottles of water. We are using them to get the variety of scents, wrapping the spare ones in cling film while others are tried, rather than one continuously until it wears off.
The box states the bottles are 100% BPA free. The lock on the lid is effective and easy to use.
You can buy a refill pack of the scents, extending the usefulness of the bottle.
