I used this massage gun for post workout recovery purposes, on sore muscles and cramps etc. So far so good. Nice little size, fits well in my hand and has a good amount of power, doesn’t get stuck when used with a bit of force.

Definitely worth the money I paid for it!

We have all been using the massage gun for a couple of weeks for sports recovery and even the odd sore neck and so far it’s been great. It’s powerful and the battery seems to last just fine. Good product thus far!

I bought this just over nine months ago, the plan was to hit the gym and use this for the following inevitable aches and pains (DOMS; Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), and I found it really did help partially alleviate sore muscles. Bear in mind, pain is a complex topic and it’s a subjective experience and folks can easily become quite depressed especially if they have chronic pain issues. I also tried this on my lower back and again found it partially alleviates the pain. It came with different massage attachments and a USB C charging cable, I opted for the package that doesn’t come with the portable case as I’ve a variety of cases/pouches lying around that do the trick. I wish the handle was a a bit longer, hence four stars, as it would help to reach areas that I can’t reach when I’m using the device by myself eg trying to reach left lats on my back whilst holding the device and apply pressure with the right hand. After about 5-10 mins of using the massager it does help to loosen up tight or painful muscles. You can use directly on the skin or wear a thin layer of clothing. No regrets buying this product and it could be helpful for folks with chronic pain as well.
