This is even better than it looks in the photos, a wonderful FX lamp. I am already having to buy two more for family who want one having seen it.
For the amount of things that this does – music, movement of colours, ambient sounds, Bluetooth connectivity – the price of this particular night light is amazing. I bought it for my husband who has Alzheimer’s and it seems to calm him and help him to sleep. There is also a “night club” setting, which won’t get used, but again it shows the range of uses.
I use this on the slowest movement setting, which is still faster than I would like, but it’s ok.
Would be useful to be able to adjust the angle – I have to use props under it to point it in the right angle.
Nice combination of colour options. Would have been nice if the green laser dots slowly moved – they are static and not as bright as another unit I have. Still in a blacked out room it looks pretty good.
I love the variety of sounds and the lovely lights and lasers on this. It connects quickly to my Alexa and I can control it with my voice. The remote control is handy too along with the smart phone app and Alexa integrations
My only niggles are that it shouts “BLUETOOTH ON” when switched on, but using the remote to instantly change to a built in sound mitigates that issue. The other is that it only stays on for 4 hours but that could be a safety feature.
I had one previously and the aurora stopped spinning so I had it replaced

I bought this item to help me get to sleep at night. The sound of waves lapping the shoreline is a sure way to help you sleep. I gave it a four star rating because the set up for the phone app was such a faff I gave up and just use the remote. The timer works, the only other criticism is that you have to reset all the settings, volume, brightness etc every time you turn it on, but other than that it does the job I bought it for. I would recommend it if you have trouble getting to sleep and need a bit of background noise to get there. Overall its working fine up to now.
It also makes a very faint noise as the internal parts rotate, not a major issue but worth mentioning.
It connected to my phone easily and the sound quality is decent. Another gripe is that everytime it’s turned on you are told that Bluetooth is connected by some voice, so a nice relaxing wake up in the morning (which can be set with the timer) is ruined because the voice wakes you up before the light!
Overall not bad but simple improvements would have made it 5 stars.
