Great monitor, connects easily to cycling apps like Rouvy. Rechargeable is a game changer as will not fail on you if you plan recharges around total activity. Slight issue with first order quickly resolved and would highly recommend.

As with many Chinese products, the instructions weren’t very good, hence only 4 stars. They referred to an app which doesn’t exist, only a cycling-specific one is available on the Play Store. However, once downloaded that connected to the monitor. The instructions say to do this before trying to pair with your intended device, in my case a Wahoo Roam. My Roam was able to pair with the HRM and it worked well on the one ride I’ve had so far. There has been no need to use the Coospo app since then. Not much of a long-term review this, soz. I do like that the HRM is USB rechargeable meaning I don’t have to mess around with button cells and O-ring replacements.

Device seems to be accurate, benefits from charging from usb power outlet or port. Very easy to set up and pair with phone app. Overall very pleased with this heart rate monitor.

This piece of kit is effective, easy to use, put on and wear. It achieves its single function superbly has an effective rechargeable battery. It has linked easily with Zwift, with no confusing decisions to make, and hasn’t dropped the link once. Feels good well made and durable excellent.

Bought for my wife who uses it with the SmartRow app for our WaterRower. She’s never used an HRM before, but finds it very easy to use, and extremely quick to pair. The fact it’s rechargeable is a big plus.

This is a great device. Very accurate and easy to use. Battery is easy to charge with cradle that is provided and lasts ages. A nice loud beep to let you know it’s turned on when you put around chest.

I encountered no problems with downloading app and fitting and charging device as well as connecting it to the other sensors on my bike, I particularly liked how the chest strap unclipped and clipped on to my chest.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHad this for a few months and has been great so far.
Bought as a replacement for my Polar H10 belt which was dropping connection and not pairing as previous versions had done.
This unit detects the HR more reliably than the H10 ever did and has suffered very few drop outs.
The other great feature is the battery life. The H10s ate batteries. The charge on this unit lasts for ages. I use it for 1-2 hours daily and I have only had to recharge it twice in several months and even then it wasn’t dead, I was just topping it up for safety’s sake.
I use it with a Polar Vantage watch, Concept 2 rowing machine and the Polar App on an android phone.
    Very happy.

Great hrm, works very well, the ability to recharge and an app (bit ropey) to connect to it, so you can set it up.. Had a slight issue with my original one, contacted Coospo Customer Care, directly. They were great, a new one was delivered really quickly, thanks

Product seems good quality for the money. Seemed accurate and connected first time to apps so no probs there. It fits like all other HR straps so no discomfort. I have high hopes t for this but only time will tell.

Nicely packaged and clear instructions. Set up quick and pairing to phone and Zwift via PC was easy. I like the sealed unit with rechargeable battery as this removes the weak point with replacement battery HRM’s at the battery cover which I find leak sweat / moisture over time, causing functionality issues. Neat little charging cradle to charge transmitter unit. I’ve only used on one ride so far but found the accuracy to be good when compared to my Apple Watch. Helpful beep tones to confirm the unit is on and when you disconnect. The changing logo light colour to denote HR zone is useful if you are not wearing any clothing over the top of the unit which would really only apply to cycling indoors on a trainer. I have connected to the Coospo app but to enable settings but don’t think I will need / use this much. Overall 4 stars because I haven’t used over medium / long term yet.

Tried it on a few long runs and some HIIT sessions. The chest strap stayed in place and didn’t chafe. The readings were consistent with the treadmill’s and other devices I’ve used before. Found the color-coded LED quite handy for tracking heart rate zones without glancing at my phone. Just make sure to charge it before your workout week begins.

This is surprisingly easy to use and comfortable to wear. It is recommended you moisten the sensor pads where is touches your skin, and so far it seems to pickup the heart rate very accurately. The chest strap is soft but strong and should stand up to even the most aggressive workout. It’s a nice touch to have a charging dock included and means its not just hanging off the end of a cable. Due to the standard Bluetooth connection it works with pretty much every app I have tried so far both on my android phone and windows based PC.

This heartrate monitor with chest strap takes accurate readings and is comfortable to wear. It is easy to set up and use with an app on your phone. The monitor is well made and high quality. I’m very pleased with how great this is.

This heart rate monitor chest strap works as expected with no any errors, It looks like really good quality for long time of use.
I really like that it uses an advanced sensor chip and the latest algorithm for accurate monitoring.
The average heart rate accuracy of 1bpm, the H9Z HRM is the best way to track your real-time heart rate and calorie burn data for sure.
It also has a 5-color led light for indicating heart rate zone, and this lights will change color according to heart rate zone.
It has very quick and easy to connect Bluetooth 5.0.
Really good battery life, provides up to 50 hours of battery life with single charge.
Great value for money, and quality is really good.
I can easily recommend it to anyone.

    A simple clever device.

You have a strap that is adjustable, and a clip on monitor that will measure heart rate.

You download an app which is easy to use and excellent.

Seems to be very accurate and easy to follow.

Ideal for someone who excesses and wants to monitor heart, its easy to wear and not overly comfortable, is a clever way to see how much pressure you’re putting on your heart doing various exercises

This is really easy to use. I think it is pretty accurate comparing the reading to another device. It’s lightweight and quite straightforward.

You’ll need to download an app that works with the device. There’s a manual included which provides all the information needed.

It was easy to connect with quick readings. Quite impressed as I didn’t expect much at first. Happy to recommend this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Clever device

I find the simplicity of this so good, it is really easy to use, I just downloaded the app using the QR code in the instructions, linked the “Heart Rate Sensor” to my tablet(I also have it linked to my phone), then I just clip the sensor portion, to the strap portion, using the 2 push studs, put the strap “On”, and it was that simple, it was working straight away, it made a “Beep” and I lined up the “siliconised/rubberised” part on the inside of the strap, and I was getting readings.
The speed with which the readings came up onto my screen was impressive, and when I tested the readings against other wearable tech I have, they showed to be, in my opinion, very accurate, I’m impressed.
The strap itself is easy to adjust and make comfortable, and it doesn’t slip as I move, which is nice, it just stays where I’ve placed it, and takes readings.
All in all, this feels to me like a very well made device, it seems solid, and well constructed, and it’s very easy to wear I think.
    Simple and impressive.

5.0 out of 5 stars I found this so simple to use, with great accuracy

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI paired this baby up with my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro and did various runs outdoor this past week and below is my experience.

The set up is basically the same as any other Bluetooth or Ant + device. It took me less than 3 minutes from start to complete. And yes, I fully charged the device beforehand.

The first run the moment I hit run on my watch and turned on the armband HRM, it was detected and connected immediately. I wore it on my forearm just beneath my elbow. It felt very comfortable on my arm and there was not issue of chaffing. It also stayed snugged and secured the entire run.

I did running workouts from easy aerobic run, tempo run, interval workouts and finally a 20KM long trail easy run under wet snow condition.

The HRM responded extremely well with the expected heart rate. For example on my interval hard workout, the HRM picked up my hard interval at 156-170 and immediately drops to 130-140 for my recovery time. For my easy recovery run, the HRM remains at 120-135, while I maintained running at a cadence of above 180 at a temperature of 5-7C. If I relied on my wrist HRM, in the same condition, the heart rate detected would very immediately latch onto my cadence showing a very high heart rate. I’m very happy to say that by using this armband HRM this annoying issue is finally resolved. My VO2 max has started improving to reflect my true fitness.

So the last test run of the week was done under wet snow conditions. I believe I started the connection between watch and HRM a bit later than usual and the HRM failed to detect my heart rate and latched onto the cadence again. This happened in the first KM. I stopped my run and reestablish the connection between the two devices. I didn’t hit start until I see my heart rate is reading accurately at about 120-125. The rest of the run of 20KM showed very good expected range of HR.
Based on one week of usage, I’m very happy with my purchase. I haven’t fully tested out the battery life but I can safely say the above runs of over 10+ hours were done under one charge. The durability is also an unknown fact at this point.
