I have just come to the end of my first pot of them so I will give it a little longer to see the true effects as it can take up to three months to see the real benefits. I have just ordered my second pot now.

I did a lot of research on the benefits of COQ10 and compared this to many other products. I swim everyday and find this brand very good to get my energy levels up to start my day and then work out.
