The knife came quick. Happy with it.
Only negative is when cutting lots of meat my finger has to stretch to keep button pressed as it needs to stay in!

Sleek and smart looking this knife fits with my kitchen decor. I chose it specifically for the higher wattage motor and considered the extra expense well worth it. It zipped through my six loaves that I batch bake, slice and freeze. The only disappointment is that they have skimped on the length of the flex which means it is tight for manoeuvrability. I have resorted to plugging in to a small extension. Pity because otherwise a great product.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love the fact that it is razor-sharp, it even carves chicken into wafer-thin slices. The only thing I did not like, was the power cable is a little on the short side.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersHad previous electric knife for 30 years. Blades still sharp and it still worked but was kind of flickering the lights when I used it so decided no longer safe. Brand doesn’t exist now. Opted for this one as good reviews. Decent price and it is OK. The blades seem strong but they don’t feel very secure. They have come out mid carve once and they’re a wee bit bendy so don’t know how long they’ll last. Sheaf for blades quite inadequate and will tear easily. Lucky I kept the more sturdy ones from previous knife. Only one set of blades that supposedly can do fresh or frozen. I’ve only used on cooked meat but I don’t think they would go through anything straight from freezer.
