The Yarrashop desk ring light has been a game-changer for me!

    What I like:

    – Great for video calls, makeup, selfies, and live streaming
    – It has 3 color modes and 10 brightness levels, so I can always find the perfect lighting I need
    – The adjustable stand is super handy – I can change the height from 22” to 29” to fit different setups
    – The stable base keeps the light steady and the phone holder fits my phone perfectly

    What I don’t like:

    – I’m concerned it might suddenly stop working

Overall, this ring light has really upped my game for online meetings and content creation. I just hope this will be a reliable solution long-term. I recommend.

I use this for photography and I’m very happy with it! I’m an amateur photographer and I use this to light various objects like die-cast cars and other collectibles. I haven’t used it for vlogging or selfies yet but I’m sure it will work just as well for that too.

This light ring is not blinding when in use. It gives you the right amount of light while making video calls and/or recording videos. It’s not heavy and allows you take it with you anywhere you need a bump in light. It helps take your videos to the next level.

Although my house is well lit, sometimes for video conferences I require a bit more. This ring light is superior. It was easy to set up and took very little time. The fact that it gives me control of my lighting. The hues were phenomenal. And I also found disassembling and transporting was a breeze. this is the perfect gift for anyone kids. influencers, remote workers and really just anyone!

It took me a bit to figure this thing out. I does come with instructions but I’m not very tech savvy. The light is very bright and great for its intended use.

I could not seem got lighting in my office for zoom meetings, so I wanted to give this light a try. It worked really well for me. The light is not too bright where it is distracting or annoying, but it provides good lighting. You have the three settings on light for bright, warm or cool. The light was easy to put together. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the base is kind of large. I’m guessing you need it to be large, if you will be attaching your phone to the attachment in the middle of the light. However, if you are just using it along with your computer, it gets on the way a little bit.

This has made my life so much easier by giving me the perfect flattering light for those dreaded video conferences! I’m not a content creator, but I am a working professional and I do have a lot of zoom / teams / skype meetings. I think most people in my position would probably prefer we not turn the cameras on, but I think the squeaky wheels get the grease and webcams on it is! The lighting in my office is great for me to work by, but when I’m connecting my cam to an online call (usually for work, but I even do telemedicine with some of my doctors too) lighting has been the bane of my existence. The main lighting in my office is from flush mount ceiling LEDs, shadow casting and not flattering. I’ve tried to turn the brightness of my screen up, and it lights my face a little better but some interfaces have a black background, and its tough on my eyes. Then there are the times I forget to turn the backlight of my keyboard off and I look like I’m a psychic medium conducting a sance, or maybe the great Oz. This ring light is just the right height to use at my desk and adjustable to give me a perfect, flattering light to present my face, and giving me a confidence boost of one less thing to worry about when I need to present.

I had three uses in mind for the Yarrashop Ring Light. First, my home office looks unusually dark during videoconferences, so I knew this light was going to be an improvement for work. I also typically take a lot of photos for my Amazon reviews using a single, small spotlight; this ring light light was going to provide some needed fill lighting to improve those photos. And lastly, I am a big fan of tabletop wargames where I often find myself taking close-up photos of the painted miniatures and scenery, and my current lighting leaves too many shadows. Even with a curved white backdrop, the miniatures often look garish.

I’m happy to say that this Ring Light improved all three of these issues. Particularly with the video conferencing, the choice of colors and brightness levels allows me to fine tune the light so that I look more natural, rather than as vague silhouette. The fill lighting for both my Amazon reviews and gaming photos is much better than before, and the miniature figures in particular look a lot more detailed and color accurate. I have a USB charging jack built into my desk, so the USB power for this light is really convenient.

If I could change one thing, it would be the phone mount. The power switch and the volume controls on my phone are centered on either side. It’s difficult to put the phone in the mount without covering or activating those buttons. I don’t mount my phone on the ring very often, so this isn’t a big issue, but if I was using my phone for video calls, this would be a bit of annoyance.

Overall, great features and perfectly fit my needs.

Using this product eliminates shadows which allows light to spread evenly which ensures quality presentations.

I love this light. It has a holder for your moblie phone which I use all the time. The light has a swivel, so it can be used as a desk lamp, when I am working on lesson plans and curriculums. The multiple light setting makes it great for any environment I use to make videos and teach online.

At last. Perfect lighting for my Zoom calls. No more nasty shadows or poorly lit customer calls anymore and great value.
If there was one small improvement which could be made and that would be a slightly longer stand pole.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExcellent value for money, ideal for Zoom videoing if you’re in a poor lit room.

The wire/mains or USB if you prefer, has the control situated along its length, really pleased with my purchase 🙂
I’ve used it about 25+ times now, for interviewing people via zoom, for Radio.
