Came with everything you need and a nice tutorial for how to do the different projects. Learned a lot and was really fun building those small projects that definitely gave me “buildingblocks” for how to do my own projects.
So much equipment!! It’s been my go to for 85% of my projects this year. Best purchase you can make if you feel like getting into board building, wifi and ble management, and wow these freenove folk, the easy to use pdf? Taught my dense self the basic of coding. So that means they can do the same for you.
I kit ottimo per chi si approccia per la priva volta a lavorare con una scheda ESP 32.
Sono presenti tutte le componenti base per realizzare un progetto di bassa-media complessit.
Il prezzo coerente con il mercato, ci sono altri kit che costano di pi ma che offrono pi componenti.
Personalmente l’ho comprato per realizzare un progetto di sviluppo di un applicazione IoT per l’universit e sono presenti tutti i componenti di cui ho bisogno per realizzare tale progetto.
Potrebbe capitare che per realizzare il vostro progetto avrete bisogno di comprare un sensore o un componente a parte (come ad esempio il sensore di temperatura e umidit che non presente nel kit).
Lo consiglio a tutti e in generale consiglio la scheda ESP 32 perch, a differenza di arduino, presenta il wi-fi integrato.
I bought this as I have ideas that need to be realised in electronics and wanted to try and learn ESP programming and what can be done with modern microcontrollers – a massive amount!
Although the parts aren’t really that premium (the camera module is functional) there are a lot of great sample projects in the PDF file that you can download and it gives a great introduction.
I wish there was a little more explanation of the WHY of things, but I can find that out with a search I suppose and it’ll help me retain the information a little better.
This I a great starter kit for learning or prototyping with ESP32 & includes most of the sensors & input controls you would need for any ESP32 project. Took bit of trail & error as to which board type in Arduino IDE (WroverKit worked for me if you are wondering)
Really impressed with this for the price. There’s a pdf tutorial which my 13 year old can follow on her own. She writes or uses python code and is slowly building her capability but even in the first session she has an LED flashing. She wanted to build a robot, which this is not, but with so many components I’m sure once she’s finished she’ll have the knowledge to put something together. Much better than a build it once kit.
Always hit problems initially with a new kit, with few weaknesses in the support documentation, which is very detailed and extensive. However, contacting email support and a short while later, a detailed response solved the problem. I had an inexplicable problem with one project, sent a request to tech support brilliant response again, problem was solved—just what you need rather than other companies that leave you frustrated. The Kit seems to be very good quality as well. I couldn’t recommend FREENOVE highly enough and no, I don’t have any connections with them. I wish I could find the extension board and ESP32 to purchase separately.
This is a really nice kit for this money. Fabulous way to get into this type of thing. Tutorial could do with a proof read but it really isn’t too bad.
