Very good hair removal device. Very easy to hold, very strong and intelligent build. It is really comfortable, just a little itchy feeling or no pain at all, and it has an excellent cooling function. The packet is really large since it comes with lots of important items with it. However, the actual item is not as large as it shows in the packet image. It is easy to hold in an adult palm. The device came with so many flashes that it will run for a lifetime.
However, I will strongly suggest caution and some research if it is the first-time someone using it.
An excellent product, very easy to use. Very comfortable to use, works on most hair types (at least from what I have seen), very effective product, works very quickly, great price, makes a great gift and great for cleanliness. Does not feel painful at all or anything, skin has not been negatively affected or anything making this excellent and worth the money. Definitely recommend. Could be priced slightly less, packed very well. Love the colour of it too. Easy to pack away and use for another day. Cannot give up with this, results should be seen soon.

I was keen to try this as I epilate usually rather than shave as it lasts longer but the idea of this light treatment minimising the hair that grows back was very appealing and I can’t get out to any salons at the moment.
The idea is to shave first and then use the IPL as it targets the root rather than removing hair I believe.
The gadget is light and comfortable to hold and angled so it’s easy to reach most areas
I had a quick research on using IPL and discovered very importantly that this is not suitable for you to use if you have a tan which surprised me but it makes sense as if your skin is already ‘damaged’ so to speak – then using intense light treatment could lead to burns, etc.
You should use with caution if you’ve ever had Herpes apparently as the light can react with it (I’m guessing more for when used in the bikini area or on your face) It also shouldn’t be used if you have very light blonde hair or red hair, not to be used over moles, birth marks, tattoos etc – it’s best to check if this is really suitable for you.
The device has a cooling plate which helps lower the overall temperate so it is comfortable to use and this is a great feature.
The light used is very bright and pulses – so it will give off a flash, you can wear sunglasses while using which helps.
I’ve been using on my legs and underarms and so far I can’t say I really noticed any hair removal or patches with no growth but as its a ‘treatment’ I’m expecting it to improve with further uses as this is something you need to use long term to see results but I shall update accordingly! Very pleased so far.
1- it was very gentle on my skin. you can use it all over, even on those sensitive spots. Love that it has this cooling feature to soothe your skin as you go. No burns yet
2- It’s pretty easy to get the hang of. Comes with clear instructions and feels comfy in your hand, even if you’re using it for a while.
3- Considering how much you’d spend at a hair removing shop or salon, this little machine is a total wallet-saver in the long run.
Cons:
1- it’s kinda chunky. If you’ve got small hands, it might feel a bit bulky
2- I did not like that I need to stay close to a socket. The cord could definitely be longer for more freedom.
3- it may take longer to see a perfect result. You may also find a bit hit or miss for some spot at the beginning. However, depending on your hair type or skin tone, results might vary.

so I have tried it on my back chest and under arms I ran a razor over before I started but not too close did not want to catch myself or cause any skin irritation the unit is easy to use and is comfortable to hold I could do all of my chest and armpits myself I had to get my wife to do my back and it was pain free so much better than shaving
I know that women can use it on their bikini line but not sure if men can use it in intimate areas and can not find an answe
My wife started having issues with visible hair on her chin and upper lip. She has had some limited success using laser treatment at a local beauty therapist. But this was quite expensive to keep up, and as she could not go regularly enough, the hair soon started to come back. Her hair now is greying, and so being unsure if a home IPL machine would be effective, she was reluctant to spend out on an expensive home device which may not work for her. Most of her unwanted facial hair is very fine, and either quite fair or grey, except for on the upper lip where it grows dark. Compared to other makes on the market this IPL hair remover from Glattol seemed top quality but unbelievably priced, so it was with some reservation that she decided to give it a go, even though she was not convinced it would be any good, especially for her hair and skin type.

It was not immediately clear to us that the unit will only work if properly placed on the skin, and pressing the trigger will do nothing until this requirement is met. Because of this (which is an excellent safety feature by the way), because of this we initially thought that the appliance was faulty when we first tested it. Luckily, after a while, we worked it out, and once the unit was placed on the skin it was ready, and then pressing the trigger it released an IPL flash as it should. You can easily adjust the power setting and it displays the best and safest use (which part of the body) for the chosen level. There is also a very convenient ‘auto’ mode which saves you having to repeatedly press the trigger.
There is a quick-start guide to get you going and a more advanced detailed manual. We found the instructions are quite clear and easy to follow.
My wife has now been using this twice a week for about three weeks and, so far, she is pleasantly surprised and quite impressed. The dark hair on her upper lip has almost disappeared completely, with very slight weak regrowth which has got less each session. Also, even more surprisingly, the finer lighter hair on her chin and cheeks has also started to reduce somewhat albeit at a slower rate, nevertheless this has been very encouraging as this was unexpected. We have now both started using it to see how well it will remove underarm hair, it’s still early days but we are optimistic.
Quite painless, even on the highest power level, there is a slight ‘tingle’ on the sensitive upper lip, but neither of us experienced any sensation on other areas.
May not suit everyone or every situation but with think this is a good quality great value product, and we are very pleased with it.

This unit comes with just about everything you need, including a standard razor and dark glasses for eye protection from the light emissions whilst in use and a quick guide as well as the user manual. If this is the first time using one of these, It can be a a bit daunting at first but they are straight forward to use and it takes a bit of patience as the results are not evident straight away. To be successful, it is advisable to keep up with the recommended hair removal treatment schedule. The unit is easy to hold for long periods with rounded edges and feels sturdy in use. The supplied power supply could be longer for ease of use but it is not too much of an issue.
There are different settings including x 2 modes automatic or manual and 9 intensity levels to match skin tone/sensitivity and body parts. You need to refer to the skin tone chart and instructions for best results. After doing a skin sensitivity test on the lower levels, the unit can be adjusted to how you prefer to progress with comfort levels. This was ordered for my better half and when a similar device was used for the first time, some redness was experienced around the treated area, which disappeared after a few hours. This Glattol device has produced no redness so far and no discomfort.
The overall zapping can take some getting used to but the whole operation is generally smooth and with this device the cooling effect works well. These devices only cover a smallish area at a time so patience is a virtue and once this has been done consistently over time, the results are generally good.

This Ipl machine is easy to use. I do recommend you read the instructions fully before use and start off on the lowest setting gradually increasing the level until you reach your own personal comfort level. Different areas of the body require different intensities. It is comfortable to hold and lightweight. There is a manual setting where you press the button or you can set to continuous where it will give constant short flashes. Eye wear to protect from the laser must always be worn. Whilst using it I felt no discomfort. Results will take a few weeks before you can see a significant difference. A great low cost machine that works really well
Nice box presentation and packaging, does not feel like any cheap product. The handheld is light weight and easy to move around to fit underarm and private areas. There are many different level of light strength to suit different skin and hair colour. Instruction is simple with the quick start guide, I start with level one and slowly move to 4 where it suit my skin and hair.

It’s easy to use, at first I was afraid to use this hair removal device, but when I started using it, I started from level 1 and 2, you must wear protection glasses (included). I can feel the warm energy which passes through the skin, no rush or pain, quite safe to use. Great quality product, you can use from the comfort of your own home, it works by stopping the hair cycle in its tracks to prevent regrowth. Before I used epilator – Not only does it hurt, but the hair also grows into the skin and then the skin becomes like a toad . With laser hair removal – other way around, the hair either grows slowly or stops growing completely. It takes time to see the results (from 6 to 12 weeks), yes, I know, but at least it’s a pleasant process. Highly satisfied
I cannot say that I have seen impressive results because I know that this type of procedure which is lasering takes quite a lot of time but without any doubt our continuing this product because it is very practical.
It is easy to use and also it has quite a lot of pulses which most likely will last for many years because so far I have used not more than 800 which is still quite a lot. I wasn’t so satisfied with the quality of the glasses that came in the pack but I am using my own and everything is just fine.
Over on the quality of the product is really good and I’m happy to use it.
It’s worth knowing what you’re getting with this, and the context of the price. Professional lazering costs 1000+ and lasts 3 months. This costs 100, and I think you get the equivalent worth of treatment. I found it works, it’s painless, but it lasts around a week before needing to do it again. To me, it takes more time than just shaving every day.
My overall impressions are that it’s safe to use and painless, as all you really notice are the flashes of light, but it’s just not right for me per se as I prefer quick fixes such as shaving, or expensive treatments where someone else does it, so this middle-ground tool doesn’t fit for me personally, but it may well do for someone else.
I’ve tried two IPL devices in the past and both have been ok but very slow to see results. This one seems more powerful and effective, the highest setting certainly has quite a bite to it. It’s also nicely packaged and would make a very nice gift, or use it for yourself and save a small fortune at the salon, either way this IPL is a really good purchase.
Really impressed with the manual of the instructions comprehensive lots of information about color skin rating to use where to use overall one of the best instruction manuals have come across for a long time very comprehensive and well written
The one Downside for me is the power cable not the longest so you have to be near an extension cord if you want to move around unless you can sit close to a power socket unfortunately for us living in our old house we limited however but it works reasonably well the wife’s been using it and she’s quite chuffed
I do like the stickers over the device itself clearly helped with the information on what not to cover where hotels coming out and giving you that health and safety aspect of using the device initially a million flashes you do think is that going to be enough how long can I use this but believe me you don’t use that many every day impressed
