It turned up in good time but I must say the box looked like it had seen better days. All the parts were there and as I began to put it together I found there were mechanism dust covers on either side of the base which were both damaged. One was cracked and the other had completely snapped off. I was quite dismayed but I did find there were replacements in the box so this must be a common thing.
The instructions were not great but clear enough and once the chair was put together I found it very comfortable. All in all a nice comfortable chair.
I would have given it 5 stars but the packaging and broken pieces took it down to 3, the fact there were spares in there pushed it back up to 4 but still shouldn’t have been like that.
I was disappointed at the beginning and nearly sent it back but glad I kept it. It’s day one so we shall see how it goes.
Very easy to put together, not sure if the design has changed since other reviews but it isn’t rocket science. Recommend to anyone!
ook me a while to assemble mainly just because I’m a very weak child ifs extremely comfortable, has great support and good quality. comes with easy to read instructions on how to assemble and a couple spare screws. could sit in it all day tbh.
I’ve always been sceptical of ‘gaming chairs’ as they normally get a pretty bad wrap. But I gotta say this chair has served me well, I work from home full time & also stream and do YouTube so I’m sat in this chair nearly all day everyday and it has never caused me any pains.
This chair is built like a tank, it’s comfortable, easily adjustable & looks great.
If your in the market for a chair (I’m guessing if your watching this video you are) then I highly recommend it!
This was a really nice chair and it is a cheap but comfortable way to game. I bought this for my first gaming setup and I still have it. Amazing buy. Only thing was it was a little tricky to assemble but got there in the end. The other issue is that the headrest doesn’t sit very comfortably on your head or neck. I ended up not using it. First gaming chair I’ve ever bought and tbh I am using it for everything else but gaming but lemme tell you it has an amazing support and back support that I have ever dealt with and it was definitely a very good price for something that I will be using a lot as I work from home. Definitely recommend for anyone that has the budget as it’s very stylish and has very good comfortability.
I bought this chair for back support as I have a slipped disc and needed a chair for computer work. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. The chair is quite heavy and feels solid. The material is neatly stitched and looks and feels good quality. I have only used it a couple of times, but the seat is soft with the back being firm and supportive. The two cushions are quite soft, but against the firm back, they are very comfortable. It is easy to adjust to get the most comfortable and supportive position. I am very pleased with it and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone needing a firm but comfortable chair.
You may have read my previous review on this chair. I have retracted all previous comments, as previously I thought it did’nt have the option to recline. Found it this morning. I will still add that on receiving the chair I found it a little uncomfortable, as there are 2 winged pieces along the sides of the seating area, and due to my huge butt, I found it uncomfortable at first as they dug into my legs. It has actually softened with time though and is now perfect.
This chair was actually bought as it met both budget and next day delivery criteria. I liked the look of it and thought why not. I can’t compare to more expensive chairs or cheaper however I could guess at the differences.
For me, for the price of it hits the nail on the head. Sure you could spend three time the price on brands such as Secret Lab, and yes you’ll get the man hood waving bragging rights, and the quality and materials probably would be better but again. Unneccesary for my circumstances.
Some parts feel flimsy and have that ‘scratchy’ plastic, but again, I would only moan if that was the case on something three times the price.
It feels solid, very comfortable. Has numerous positions in both the back and arms and comes with extra cushions.
I read reviews from others who said they struggled with the instructions. All I can say on the matter is if you were blessed with a brain, you’ll be fine. It took about 10 mins to assemble.
Overall happy with my purchase. The cat likes it. I can’t yet comment on longevity but feels like it will do me for a number of years of moderate use.
Comfort wise it is much better when adding a cushioning pad as seen in pic, I am sitting all day so I need that extra cushion.
The headrest is too low but you can pull it up to fit under your neck (if that could be adjusted to one height it would be great, I am 1.76 m so not a tall guy).

So whilst the chair looks good and is comfortable, my review is about how SonicOnline dealt with a fault product.
The original chair was delivered next day when ordering, much quicker than the date shown on the order. Unfortunately there was a fault with the chair likely caused by the manufacturer.
I went through the usual Return Replacement procedure with amazon but the only option was to return for refund at my own cost.
At first I thought this was wrong as I didn’t cause the fault but also, I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a chair.
I messaged S.O to let them know and sent photos. They arranged for a new chair to be delivered and also for the collection of the old chair afterwards when I completed building chair two.
Given past experience with eBay customer service being the pits on one occasion I wasn’t holding much hope but for S.O. to be responsive, helpful and interested in me getting a good service, this really does deserve a hats off and a thank you for the excellent service provided. Very much appreciated.
After a bit of looking around, I settled on this chair as the image looked like there was a good amount of padding, the additional lumbar cushion was a must have, and the ability to fully recline was a nice extra that some other units around this price point didn’t seem to do.
The chair arrived well packaged, in a very sturdy box (which took me a good amount of time to cut down so it would fit into the recycling bin!). It is pretty heavy, be warned!
Assembly was easy enough, aside from attaching the back. There’s not much, if any, extra room between the hinges for the back which allow it to recline. As a result, it was a bit of a struggle to get the chair back into place in the first place and to get the bolt holes lined up. Once that was done, though, the rest of the assembly was a piece of cake. (The instructions do say they recommend 2 people, perhaps because of the difficulty with the back, but I managed OK on my own and got the chair built in around 20 minutes.)
Having been using it regularly for working from home, I can say it is a MASSIVE improvement on the previous chair. Very comfortable, excellent back support, and nothing feels flimsy or loose. Laying flat in it was a bit… unusual, at first, but the chair remains stable when you’re there and doesn’t feel like it’s going to roll around or topple or anything like that. I’m sure you could quite happily take a nap in it, though I have yet to do so.
Overall, for the cost – including next day shipping – I’m really impressed with this chair. Good job!
Good chair that does what it says; however it must be made from cheap materials or color dies as it smells terrible when it arrives. We had to keep it outside for several days before the off-gas reduced enough for us to bring it indoors. Now it is fine and well used.
Usually i don’t write reviews, but this chair is really nice, comfortable and feels sturdy.
The only downside was that zippers were lost.. Found only one wich was broken in the box. it’s a shame because you expect everything to be in its place( when you are buying a new product) and the chair itself was a bit dusty and dirty on some parts.
So far the chair is excellent.
Can’t fault at this price. Bought for home working and it does the job. Fully adjustable and seems pretty solidly built (Weighs in at around 25kg). Seat is quite firm but is actually better for lengthy periods of use than a softer cushion. Lumbar and neck cushions also work well. Recently discovered one problem. If you sit forward on the seat it can tip the whole chair forward.
Nice chair and very sturdy and was worth buying, only issue i have is that the arms seem further away than other chairs i have had before, but getting used to it slowly.
Wheels move well on thick carpet too (Last chair didn’t)
Fairly easy to assemble, does recommend 2 people, but did it on my own and got a little frustrated with step one
Got this chair back in october 2018 had no issues untill june 2019 when one of the plastic legs cracked and started to cause issues with the stability of the chair to the point where I would nearly fall off backwards even though the crack is very small. but this is causing an issue as I can no longer use this chair which costed 129…
I am more then happy to give it 4 stars for everything else just same the leg broke…

Build quality: the chair itself is steady but came damaged (the plastic shroud covering the back to the base was damaged.
Not a bad chair for the price would of been nice to be able to move the arm rest backwards and forwards though. If you can’t afford a dx like most of us then this is a pretty good alternative.
You can adjust the height of the chair for how much you want your feet to touch the ground. And the back of the chair can go from 90 degrees to 180 so you can basically play straight back which is nice if you wanted to do. However, you cant tilt the chair forwards and back but I don’t think you need that anyway.
The only reason I haven’t given this chair a 5 star is the same reason as I’ve seen some of the other reviews say, which is the armrests are a bit annoying. They are easy to attach and can be adjusted to what height you want to set them to. You can also adjust each one for if you want them to point your arms straight forward, inwards towards you, or outwards away from you, however, these don’t have a button and just click as you move them so can be quite annoying because they move quite easily, so I usually just have them low so they don’t disturb me while I’m playing.
Overall though I would recommend this chair, really good for its price point, comfortable, sturdy and easy to build, the armrests are only a minor thing and if you really wanted to you can just unattached them from the chair.
I was looking at buying a racing seat with a long time but they all cost in excess of 300, this one is a fraction of the cost and I could not imagine how another chair could be any more comfortable. Would recommend to anybody! If you are any way dubious about buying, just go ahead and buy it because trust me you will be delighted with your purchase when it arrives. It is packaged brilliantly too and very easy to put together. I only found the instructions when i was tidying it all up after i finished building it lol.
As with any furniture piece, the GTFORCE PRO GT can be summarised as difficult to put together with 1 person, but is possible with enough time. I would recommend bringing a friend over or having a family member to fully assist you in getting the chair set up in around 25 minutes.
To conclude, a great chair, very comfy, cheap price (in relation to other chairs of the same quality) and looks fantastic.
