My little boy is a HUGE Duggee fan so I thought he would absolutely love this, but he’s not really fussed by it.
The fact it lights up is cool but if you’ve got bubbles in the bath then you can’t really see them (unless you turn the lights off in the bathroom!!).
I think it would’ve been better if it played a tune as well or if it had a little motor to make it move around on the water.
I bought this as a gift for a 3 year old and it was a big hit! The toy itself is a quality product, sturdy and nicely finished. The best bit is the light coming out from underneath the boat which changes colour and projects images of fish under the water or onto any surface if you lift the boat up – although it’s quite hard to see that they are fish but that doesn’t really matter. There are detachable parts, one with holes in it for pouring and sieving. We had to have the lights out for bathtime at the toddler’s insistence and the only issue was persuading him to get out of the bath eventually.
