I bought this to use purely as my gym bottle, and it that regard it works perfectly. It holds plenty of water and is of a high quality all around. The logo is also more subtle in person, more of a grey than white. It looks good. It’s definitely on the heavy side, but that’s not really an issue seeing as I only use it when lifting anyway. But if you’re a smaller person looking for something easy to carry around, maybe look elsewhere for something lighter with a handle. If you just want a nice sturdy bottle that will probably last forever, look no further.
Purchased to get me through brutal Krav Maga training sessions. I nearly didn’t buy this because of all the negative reviews about leaking. So far, there have been no leaks. I can only imagine these people must be filling the bottle to the very brim and storing it upside down as it’s been perfectly water tight for me. Only washed with cold soapy water, perhaps hot water might damage seals? No complaints and a great product.
Solid construction but with its size and how much is weights once there is liquid inside drinking out of it with one hand is difficult. Needs a handle to make this easier. Also 20 ish for a metal gallon bottle does feel like a lot but atleast I know it won’t break like the plastic ones do
I have to bum shuffle up the stair and doing that with a glass of water is really difficult so I got this instead of suffering.
It’s amazing, it’s super tough because I accidentally dropped it down the stairs and it didn’t buckle or burst open and it holds a lot of water which lasts me all night.
It’s got a stamp and a plastic handle for easy holding.
And it’s very easy to open and to drink out of as it has like a mini straw that you can suck from.
The bottle is good, it keeps my drink cooler for longer than it does in plastic bottles I’ve had in the past.
The only negative comment is it’s a bit cumbersome and would be better to drink from with a handle.
Really great quality, I like that it’s metal and very durable, however irritatingly just a minor thing, when drinking there is no air flow so uou can only drink a little before there is suction, which is totally fine if you’re a sipper, but I tend to drink a lot in one go so it’s a tad frustrating I can’t get much out in one go. But no leakage which is fab!
Used this for a few weeks now and its alright. Doesn’t leak normally but the odd time the seal on the mouth piece come out and if your don’t catch it or notice it then its on the floor or in your mouth. Good metal bottle for keeping water in either at your desk or in the car.
Enables a good volume of fluid to be carried and accessed! However, initial weight when full is heavy, with no straw facility, which is an added cost to an already expensive item! Fluid will stay cool for a short period, before warming due to the container not being double walled! Therefore, the most important thing is that it enables you to quench your thirst and not have to keep refilling every time you do so!
The bottle itself is very stylish and I have had compliments on the occasions I have taken it into the office. It is tempting to see a bottle this size as a novelty but the matt colours and sleek logo do work very well for a professional environment. The handle, strap and general metal construction is also very high quality and I am particularly impressed by the screw cap that feels very well engineered.
The only reason I have dropped it to 4 stars is I do on occasion end up with a leak. I have figured out that this is due to overtightening the top section after refilling as when doing so it is very slightly crooked which leads to dumping quite a large volume of water over myself! Now that I have learnt to check this I have had zero issues, so it is user error but would have been nice if there was a way to idiotproof it!
Overall, if you are in the market for a larger waterbottle then I can throughly reccomend this one.
