Very sturdy. Easy handles at the bottom which makes it easy to tip garden waste at the local recycling centre. Great big sizes meaning less trips to the tip! The plastic strip ensures the bag is wide enough to put waste in. When not use I remove the plastic strip and simply fold and pop it into the plastic bag it arrived in to save space
Good size, I liked the plastic rim you could feed in to keep the bag open. Not sure it’s the greatest quality so not sure how long they will last.

Really great products – when full both fit in the boot of my car. Easily fold down for storage. Have now made at least four trips to the tip and they have stood up to being hauled about. Very pleased with them
These garden waste bags are great, very large which is ideal. They seem to be hard wearing at the moment and haven’t had any issues with them ripping even with a good amount of garden waste in them
These are really large and made from a strong material. I’ve put some garden waste in one of mine to be emptied by the bin men and they have no problems tipping it into the lorry.
The bags don’t easily rip, even with brambles and other sharp gardening waste.
The strength of these sacks is another great pointer for them; I have my second one filled with more than I can lift, me and a friend had to struggle moving it as it probably weighed 70-80kg.
They are super useful for those that have a large garden, whether they are putting in leaves or harder waste like branches, tree waste and rocks.
Cons: Quality control could be better.
Decided on the large sacks. Large is an understatement. They were huge and huger. For those not used to picturing volume 400L is ~80cm high x 178cm diameter. The size of these bags make them most useful for dry/light materials, but anything else makes them too big / heavy for a trip to the tip with one person.
The sacks comes supplied with a plastic rim which needs threading through to top of the bag. This works well. What didn’t work so well is that one of the bags appeared to have a manufacturing defect where the bag was scraped and we could see daylight through the material. Not sure how long they will last.

I already have 2 very large 500 litre garden waste bags but they are a bit big for lawn cuttings and monthly garden pruning jobs so i chose the 120L and 272L bags because they are a much more manageable size for weekly and monthly gardening jobs and then transporting them to the recycling centre.
There are 2 handles on the top for carrying and 2 at the bottom for emptying, there is also a flexible hoop to help keep the bag open when filling it, which is helpful.
Overall, these are good quality, robust, waterproof gardening bags that also can be used for plenty of other jobs, such as camping equipment etc.
Various sizes to meet various needs.
