Its Bluetooth connectivity is seamless with both Android and iOS devices. The inkless thermal printing is a major plus, saving me the hassle and expense of buying ink or toner.
The versatility of this printer is impressive. I’ve used it for photo printing, creating scrapbooks, and even printing QR codes. It’s particularly useful for quick lists and memos, making it a great tool for both personal and office use.
Its compact size is a standout feature. It’s so lightweight and small that it easily fits in my pocket, making it perfect for on-the-go printing needs. The fact that it supports various sticker sizes adds to its convenience.
Setting it up was straightforward, thanks to the intuitive “Tiny Print” app and easy Bluetooth pairing.
I recently moved into a new house and wanted to organise stuff with labels.
So when I found this printer, I got this immediately. I went crazy, from labelling everything from notebooks and pens to spice jars and tins.
This portable printer is so efficient and setting it up was so easy, and it’s very tiny, so I can just put it on my desk, and it won’t take up much room.
The label quality is great too, not bad.
Would recommend.
Hope that helps.
What a lovely little bit of kit. Easy to set up and use. Good for journaling and printing off little notes to put in my daughters lunch box. As it’s thermal the images won’t last forever but should last a few years which is great for what it will be used fo
I love that this does not require ink to function and all thermal. My daughter loves having the freedom of finding cute pictures online and then printing them out. She gets very creative and cuts them down to size. I am finding them everywhere too, headphones, water bottles, calendar, wall, legs. There is trial of creativity everywhere and personality displayed using this as a sticker printer.
Figuring out the right way to place the roll took a minute. But once it is done I could not stop printing. If you are doubting buying one, doubt no more but buy it. This can be an inexpensive gift that scored me more major points.
This is a small, battery powered, light weight, 200DPI thermal printer. The printer comes complete with a USB lead and 1 thermal roll installed. To use it on either IOS and Android you first need to download the TinyPrint app from the app store and then connect to the printer via Bluetooth. The App is very easy to use and allows you to print stock images that come with it and also from your device’s own gallery. It is worth noting though that this is a 200DPI thermal printer and not a photo printer. Besides line art and labels I’m not to sure wat you would want to use it for at home.
I suspect this would work well for people that need to provide a receipt for works or payment transaction while working outside of a fixed shop environment. Think market stall or something like that. Where all you need to do is offer a legible receipt.
Good little printer for the right job!
This little printer is a good greyscale printer. I think it might be useful in business for printing out receipts etc., but not sure about an application in the home other than for fun.
It comes with easy instructions, a charging cable and an included roll of paper. My family were keen to try it and downloaded the tiny print app onto their iPhones. However neither of them could see the tiny printer via Bluetooth, but when I did the same on my iPhone 14, the printer came up straight away for me to connect via Bluetooth. This might suggest that it only works with newer models and for this I have dropped a star.
I tried it in various applications: Printing from a photo, turning a photo into animation, creating a to do list and a banner and turning a picture of my cat in a line drawing (this was my favourite). All worked very well but I found that when changing photos into something else, it was best not to have a busy background as it struggled with this.
Overall I feel it is a bit pricy, but it works well and is fun.
This printer is tiny and really light weight so prefect for on the go. Gives decent results and is very easy to set up. Comes with a roll of paper, not sure how much the replacements are. Works well for what it is so yes I would recommend.
I would like to start off by saying this is a good little grey scale thermal printer ….. but I’m not sure where and why I would use it ? I could more see it being used as a something young kids would like to use maybe ?
In the box you get the rechargeable printer which is loaded with one (you only get the one) paper roll.
You get a charging lead and instructions, there is only one button on the printer and this has an led around it which gives you certain messages according to how its flashing etc.
Now to connect to this with your phone , you have to download an app called Tiny Print, the app is free and doesn’t require your personal info etc
Once the app is installed you then use your Bluetooth to connect to the printer.
I haven’t explored the app fully as it is a bit difficult to navigate , but I found easily the option to print from my stored photos on my phone , I’m sure it can do wonderful things but I couldn’t find any, I did try the document print option , but I couldn’t get it to work and it came up with an error in Chinese so that was me done ! I think that is more software related than the printer itself.
I printed a picture of my dog ( see pics) and yes it came out OK , but what would I do with it I then wondered ?
So to sum it up , it works as it should its a nice gadget , but for me personally what I would use it for would probably be to entertain the gran kids , i could not see any professional use for it , but then that’s me , someone else might
I hope you have found this review and photos helpful
