We went to Norway with -12C temperatures and I used these hand warmers for the first time. Being someone who suffers from cold hands even with mittens on these were fantastic and my hands were kept beautifully warm – so much so that I did turn them off at one time. They are rechargeable. You can use just one and change over hands but I did enjoy having one in each hand. Recommend for anyone who suffers from cold hands.

This hand warmer is one that doesn’t dissapoint (most times), with a powerfull battery, this hand warmer has lasted me a week. Some positives to point out:

    1) It has 3 modes, with the hottest being a shock to the touch in some cases, which I find funny when showing friends.

    2) It comes with alot of nice accessories, a cable, an adaptor (USB-c to USB-A), A carry case, but it didn’t come with the hand strap.

    3) Thermal-wise this is a great product and is great when skiing or going somewhere cold, overall a perfect score in heat.

Now, this is a great product, but there are some negatives to point out.

    1) There isn’t an exact way to select the temperature specifically, only 3 modes.

    2) There is a bit of concern when there is a big battery verry close to a heater, with the chances of overheating.

Overall, this product gets a 4/5!

When I go fishing on cold days these are a must piece of kit that gets packed, I put them in my pockets on there lowest setting which I find works a treat. The only thing for me is they don’t quite last long enough about 3-4 hours, but that said I would still recommend them.

Best product ever! I really suffer from cold hands when watching the kids play sport or when out walking the dogs. No longer a problem with these hand warmers. They keep my hands so warm. I absolutely love them.

This is a great product for the winter months! Warms up very quickly and last a long time from one charge, also works as a power bank too! Great product and great value for money too!

    Would highly recommended

Perfect size for holding in your hand and putting in your pocket. I suffer with extremely cold hands. I took these with me on a a two mile dog walk and for the first time, I came home with warm hands. Be mindful there is only one hand warmer in the pack, so I ordered a second one.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt gets warm and is nice to have in your pocket. While I like having this, I do have some criticism. I desperately wish there was a feature to automatically turn off after a set amount of time, eg 20 or 30 mins. I often forget to turn it off and it stays on in my jacket for 8+ hours (which I imagine is a HUGE FIRE HAZARD) and then it’s flat the next time I go to use it. I rarely use for long periods at a time, usually during a short commute, so turning it back on on the rare occasion of wanting it for longer would be no hassle and a fine compromise, however no such auto-off feature exists. Additionally, the lowest heat setting seems to work by the device turning heating on and off on a timer – but it means that for a minute or so it can get too hot to touch then for the next few mins it can get too cold, especially if outside of a pocket. Wish it would turn on and off for shorter periods for more consistent heat (or actually just have a true lower heat setting). Aside from the above shortcomings, it still is nice to warm your hands during cold weather. Just wish they’d improve it with the above. Wireless charging would be nice too to avoid plugging in so many cables when getting home (I have two hand warmers, one for each hand).

This was a Christmas present for an elderly man, who still likes to go to football matches, but suffers with very cold hands, despite gloves. He loves this hand warmer, it had it’s first outing yesterday, Boxing Day. The heat output was remarkable and has 3 settings, so can tailor it to your own requirements. Very stylish and well made product. Love it. Cannot comment on the battery life as it is still very new.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAs someone who lives in a colder climate, I was thrilled to try out the OCOOPA Hand Warmers. I purchased a 1-pack hand warmer and have been using it for several weeks now. Overall, I have been impressed with its performance and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to keep their hands warm.

The hand warmer is very easy to use. It’s rechargeable and comes with a USB cord, so you can easily charge it up by plugging it into your laptop or a wall adapter. Once it’s fully charged, it can last for several hours on the lowest setting, which is perfect for outdoor activities like skiing or hiking.

I love that the hand warmer has multiple temperature settings, so you can customize the warmth to your liking. The heat is evenly distributed and reaches a comfortable temperature quickly. The outer surface is made of a soft, comfortable material that feels good against the skin.

The size of the hand warmer is also great. It fits perfectly in the palm of my hand and is lightweight enough to carry around in my bag or pocket without feeling bulky or heavy.

One thing to note is that the highest temperature setting can get quite hot, so it’s important to be careful and not leave it on for too long if you’re using it on a sensitive area like your face or neck.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase of the OCOOPA Hand Warmer. It’s a reliable and easy-to-use way to keep my hands warm in cold weather, and I appreciate the flexibility of the multiple temperature settings.

Disclaimer: PLEASE DO NOT OPEN DEVICES LIKE THIS THEY CONTAIN LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES WHICH CAN BE DANGEROUS IF NOT HANDLED CORRECTLY

Great to warm your hands and battery life is ok overall. However, I haven’t used it too many times after purchasing it and today, trying to charge it, it stopped working.

After the device stopped working, I sent Ocoopa an email asking if they can help me with the broken device (awaiting reply).

As I am familiar with electronics and batteries, I opened the device (probably lost my warranty doing that, which is another reason not to open such devices!) and to my surprise it is really well built.

    Good:

    – Heat shrink fits perfectly
    – Barley paper used on both ends
    – Cables are well sized (they probably could have gone with a smaller AWG cable and save money)
    – Adhesive for the heating elements is well placed
    – Temperature sensor
    – Solid contacts on the board

    Con:
    – Starting with my biggest concern – you can see a dent on the shrink tube in one of the pictures, resulting due to the pressure exertet by the cables under the adhesive. The battery is unlikely to be punctured but one can never be careful enough, especially when holding two 18650 batteries in your hand

    – The USB-C port is what “broke” my hand warmer, not on the outside, which again is surprisingly well built (see picture) but the inside

Applying a charge from an external source makes everything work again. I can replace the port myself, so that is not a problem. I am happy to have opened it and learn that the interiors seem to be quality, I am just surprised that the part which is the least complex is the one that does not equal the quality of any other part of the device.

I have not opened the shrink tube to check which cells they are using, but going by the quality of the other parts (apart from the port) and from experience of use, I am sure that they are using good cells.

TLDR: Good device, well built, but the USB-C port is not up to standard.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality*, but broken after a few uses

While this product works fine there are a few issues which could be addressed.

    1. the rubber strip which goes around the outside of the device is prone to falling off and having portions that are more inside the device than others even though this doesn’t compromise the function of the product it should be addressed.

    2. the side panels where the heat comes from can overtime start to become loose where you are able to compress and decompress them into the device, this doesn’t seem to affect the heating.

    3. If left on a surface such as a blanket you may find the side touching the blanket gets very hot even on the lowest settings, i understand this is more of a customer concern but i feel like people buying the product should know this as not to burn themselves.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is actually a good product, on the lowest setting it’s plenty warm enough to keep in your pocket and warm your hand up nicely. It’s smooth to hold and feels like a warm pebble on your hand.
The other settings do get warmer, but it’s plenty warm enough on the lowest.

I wanted it because i get very cold hands in the winter and this has done the trick.

The only issue i have is the battery life.
It states 8 hours from a full charge on the lowest setting, but i never got any where near that. My tests over the last few days show it to be closer to 5 hours until the battery dies not 8.

That being said, i still like the product.

Great communication from the seller, who promptly addressed the issue i had with the produc
