Read all the reviews and only keep this in the fridge to avoid brain freeze but it’s certainly something that I now put on when a migraine kicks in. The black out mask helps you to sleep. Would definitely recommend. Super pleased with this.

It’s alright to be fair. It does kind of help if you use it early enough. It tells you to put it in the freezer before use, but not too long or it will freeze. So I keep it in the fridge, underneath the bacon.

was a bit skeptical at first but wow this is amazing!!!
didn’t even need to make it colder as the gel is cool anyway, but would imagine those with hotter houses would need to cool it firs

This is absolutely incredible- it doesn’t even need to go in the fridge/freezer, it was amazingly cooling without it and stays cool for ages – I feel almost instant relief when putting this on! It is 100% smell free too as advertised!
Cannot fault it at all – so glad I got it.

As someone who suffers from Migraines a lot, I was happy to see this cap. It is very good, lovely pressure on your head which does give some relief. However I do have a critism, the front opening is rather tight and I found it uncomfortable on the bridge of my nose, so I am constantly adjusting the cap. That’s just my experience and I do find it good especially straight from the fridge, nice and cool.

Four stars only because of opening at the top would like a full cap enclosure as no hair I would work better for me.

This really does help reduce so of the pain and as anyone having a migraine would probably tell you reducing the pain even slightly is enough to make you want to cry with relief.

Keep it in the fridge ready for a flair up and be aware it seems to have a menthol thing which can cause a bit of eye irritation and yes you look stupid but really who cares about how they look mid migrai

I love that the cold goes all the way around this cap and not just the front, so a good portion of your head is covered. It’s heavier than expected, good quality and it’s nice and snug fit. Only downside, like with many other similar products is that it doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like but overall still a good product and for a chronic migraine sufferer, I know I’ll get plenty of use out of it. I keep it in freezer and leave it for 5-10mins before putting on.

Brought this for my wife who is a regular migraine sufferer. She said it did help, but that she struggled to settle in bed while wearing it (she goes to bed asap when a migraine comes on).

Well made, nice fit and hold the cold for a decent amount of time.

Initial review is that I really like the pressure it applies, not too intense but offers a bit of compression. I put mine in the freezer but beware – do not put it on straight out the freezer or you’ll get Brain freeze instead! I took mine out for ten minutes before putting on and I love that there is even coolness distributed across my head and eyes. I think the fact that it is black will also help to block out light for sensitive eyes! Will review again
in a few months once used more.

Yesterday I had the mother of all migraines – you know the ones I’m talking about! I popped all the pills I could, shut all the blinds and spent most of the day in bed feeling dizzy and sick. I put the mask in the freezer for 10 mins to get it really cold and then slipped it on. It doesn’t cure you but it cools you down and blocked out the light. Breathing felt less painful and I drifted in and out of sleep. Woke up the next morning with no headache :).
I conclusion I think it really helps but it would be even better if it stayed colder for longer. Finally – you may look ridiculous wearing this but when you are in pain you really don’t care!

I suffer regular cluster migraines and have been “making do’ with cooling eye masks to help, but it never covers the area I need properly. I saw this and thought it looked like a great idea. When you get it, it doesn’t need put in the fridge, it’s actually cold enough and feels amazing. It’s actually so calming and soothing and dulls sounds and fits snug I was using it without headaches. I did get a migraine and got to test it properly and after 20 mins in the fridge it was extra chilled and lasted longer. It really honestly is the best purchase. I went back and bought my husband one, he doesn’t get headaches he just really enjoys the soothing and coolness. I think everyone should have one, I suspect it could be good for sensory overload on some people. I would not be with out mine.

I have recently began suffering with migraines and on a desperate whim ordered this to try and help the pain when trying to get to sleep. This cap is really comfortable and has the benefit of covering your eyes as well. After only a short time in the fridge it becomes and stays really cool for a long period. The only issue I had is that it can be a bit uncomfortable on the ears if sleeping on your side with it for a long period of time. Overall, I am happy with this product!

As someone who suffers from frequent headaches and the occasional migraine I thought I world give this product a try after reading some great reviews. I can honestly say I was not disappointed. I have been using the product straight out of the fridge as from the freezer I find it is just too cold to use straight away. I find that the cooling effect and compression from the mask is just enough to get me back off to sleep comfortably which helps my headaches no end. The cap/mask is well made is really comfortable to wear. I have found myself wearing it at night just to get me off to sleep on these warm nights, it’s lush. A big thumbs up from me, I even bought a second one so I always have one on hand. I believe that the cooling effect lasts around 30 minutes but I’m usually back to sleep before it goes back to room temperature. Fantastic purchase. Thank you.

I’ve been suffering from chronic migraines that are suuuuper painful and debilitating and I don’t love using medication because it hasn’t helped much so I researched around and found this and it works so well! Almost within 5 minutes of using it, I barely feel the pain anymore. The only thing I would say is that because its in the freezer for a while, the first moment you put it on will literally be like you’re getting a brain freeze, so maybe wait a tiny bit after you take it out of the freezer but otherwise its pretty much amazing. It gives that sensory deprivation feel because your eyes are completely closed, no light coming in, which is amazing for migraines, and just overall I didn’t think this would work as much as it has. I almost always reach for it whenever I have a migraine, even though I now have prescription medication that works!
