I had to return them as I can’t swallow unless they are capsules. They seemed very good value high strength and lots of them. I was disappointed I had to return them as they seemed a very good orice
So the tablets are on the larger side but there are only 2 of them and they are easy enough to swallow ( I used to panic when taking headache pills ) they are manageable. I love that they aren’t oil capsules as these really mess with my stomach.
I am 5 days in ( I am only taking one a day to start – as I have stomach issues and want to suss out how they affect it – I think I will be fine)
