I bought these as I had failed a previous driving test with anxiety and I had a panic attack in the room before driving. Took one of these before my pre-test lesson and by the time it was my test, they were working and I was calm and passed my driving test.

I think they work as my sleep has improved. I’m a diabetic and asthmatic who frequently wakes up to visit the bathroom, after starting these, I find going back to sleep easier.

I braught these to try as I have anxiety and I worry a lot over many things. I struggle to get to sleep at night so I was looking for something to try.
I use the rescue remedy gummies during the day for work if I get stressed – I work in the sealife and can get very busy!
So I thought I would try the night time ones to see if it would help. It’s not a miracle cure as in I fall asleep straight away but they do make me feel calmer, and does help to switch off those worries to help me relax into bed. They taste great too and are easy to chew.
