Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI used this for a Samsung A15 telephone as additional storage . This was perfect as when installed it asked what it should use the storage for and also asks where to store your photographs. This storage card also bought the telephone up to its maximum storage. It’s a definite buy!

Apparently these aren’t suited for 4k video. I tried and it seemed to record fine, but returned in case there are any issues in the future. You apparently need the Sandisk ‘extreme’ for 4k recording.

I’ve used a lot of microSD cards and consider myself to be somewhat of an expert. SD cards all seem to be exactly the same dimensions. So thank god I found this one. It too is exactly the same dimensions. It’s also grey and red. I think there’s slightly more grey than red but I’ve tested the write and read speeds and the colour imbalance doesn’t affect the performance at all.
I also like the “click” sound it makes when I insert it into my dashcam. I’m fairly sure it’s actually the dashcam that’s clicking, but it wouldn’t click without the SD card, so I feel it deserves some credit in this situation.

So, yeah, it’s an SD card. It works. At some point it won’t. Nobody will know why. You’ll buy a new one. Probably the same make. So just buy this one. It’s seems about the same as the others except it’s red and grey.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe package comes in two parts – the microSD itself and a larger SD case for… well I don’t know because I’ve never needed it. Regardless, I bought the microSD for my Nintendo Switch storage issue. I decided to go all out and buy a really big storage amount. It really probably wasn’t necessary for me to buy this much storage but I play a LOT of Pokmon and I also plan to try and download some cheap games from the Nintendo Store for when I’m bored and want something different. Very happy with the product. Took me a while to found out where the microSD went in the Switch, but that’s the Switch’s fault, not the microSD’s fault.

Conclusion: you don’t need this much data for a Nintendo Switch. You can easily go a size down. But if you play a lot of games, it’s worth being in the knowledge that you won’t run out of space any time soon. I certainly don’t worry about my games all having to be archived any more.

I’ve been eyeing up a 1TB SD card for a while to use with a Mister. I’ve been put off by the horror stories of faked cards with much lower capacities and the relatively high prices. Although I was able to get this at a discount I was happy to pay more for the SanDisk brand. I’m glad I did as I had no problems completing a rather long winded full verification of the 1TB and then a successful writing of the image for the Mister. If you need a large capacity SD card I can recommend this one.

Pics also look clearer when downloaded onto app with this, it did metion 4k but didn’t know if it was a gimmick but definitely noticed an upgrade on the evo plus 64gb one that comes with it in terms of quality on pics downloaded, wnload slightly faster etc, do be aware the better looking pics only come if you get the 256gb one, the ones below will still be good but at 256gb has the couple added extra benefits,

Also got sd card holder which willl come in hands as got a usb on one side and usbc on other memory stick for this to go into so he can plug into computer or smaller device with other end and make albums, upload etc.

    thanks

Despite what a lot of people say about A1 cards, this one will run any game absolutely fine on your Steam Deck, ROG Ally, Nintendo DS, or any other gaming device you may have.
I have the 512gb version and the capacity and read speed is more than fast enough for the latest and largest AAA titles, and the write speed is very quick also. I was seeing write speeds between 65-75mb per second when transferring my games to it from my NAS over wifi, so I imagine it could even achieve a higher speed with a more direct transfer.
I’ve had it now almost a whole year and it is still running Cyberpunk 2077, RDR2, Elden Ring and other AAA games very well. If you are a gamer, like me, then unless you can get the A2 “Extreme” version for around the same price (as it is currently 50% off at the time of my review), then I would stick with this A1 “Ultra” version, because you really do not need an A1 card unless you’re transferring large files very frequently throughout the day.
So if you’re maybe a professional and busy photographer, then yes, it might be worth looking at the next one up to save yourself precious transfer minutes. But for most people (including the hardest of hardcore gamers, like myself), this Sandisk A1 Ultra card will be more than enough, and I highly recommend it for both gaming and general storage use. The reliability and durability is also very good and therefore, I’d also be confident using it in a professional capacity.
One small point I’d also like to bring up for anyone with a Steam Deck, like me, is that Steam OS is very finicky, and it will need you to format the card into FAT or FAT32 before you attempt to format it inside the Steam storage panel. After that, it works fine.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for gaming! Fine for everything else too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersi genuinely have nothing bad to say about this. it’s genuine and great value for money. my device registers it correctly and shows the correct size, so it definitely isn’t a cheap sd card with a nice cover plastered on it. i’m thoroughly impressed, honestly, and would rebuy one at a later date if needed with no hesitation.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersBought and received this SanDisk micro SD card 512 GB yesterday and have already been using it in my Nintendo Switch OLED. It has worked flawlessly. There’s no lag/latency and I can store tons of games on here. Perfect for the Nintendo Switch or Switch OLED, of course it can be used with many other devices, such as compatible cameras, laptops, mobile phones and any other device that can use a Micro SD card. Always choose SanDisk when buying a memory card as they always work and are very reliable!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExcellent 512 GB card, works with switch and steam deck (deck needs to format it once but after that it works well) + more, but i’ve not used it for anything else. Good value for the amount of storage, and works good for gaming

I bought this microSD card from SanDisk and I am very pleased with it. The card has a large capacity of 128GB, which allows me to store a lot of photos, videos, music, and apps on my phone and tablet. The card also has a fast transfer speed of up to 140 MB/s, which means I can move files quickly and easily between devices. The card comes with an SD adapter, which makes it compatible with various devices that have an SD slot.

The card also has an A1 app performance rating, which means it can load apps faster and smoother on my phone and tablet.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality microSD card with fast performance and large capacity. SanDisk is a trusted and reputable brand that offers quality products at reasonable prices.
