I was updating from a 10 year old laptop, I had a very limited budget and this offer seemed to do what I wanted at a price I could afford.
I was hoping for a replacement that was faster starting up, accessing the internet and streaming video without buffering and I found it, the dualband wifi works without a hitch, my bluetooth headset works fine.
When it arrived the keyboard was USA layout and a number of silicon rubber overlays were provided to convert to the layout to your desired keyboard, I had concerns about the overlay falling off or looking awful, but have been pleasantly surprised that it looks good and works well, it also keeps dust out from between the keyboard buttons. My only gripe about the keyboard is that the space bar needs a firmer press than I am used to but I am sure I will get better at not running my words together.
The computer is fast enough for me as a non-gamer, I just surf the web and watch catchup tv which it copes with admirably. I tend to keep it plugged in so I cannot say what the battery life is like but can say that, though it does get warm, it is far better than my old laptop.
All in all I am very happy with my purchase and hope this computer will serve me for as long as my previous one 🙂
