got this the wife for Christmas. she loved the eye mask and sound blocking so she could lie in bed and shut the world out when she has a bit of time.. so she says.. but I tried them and the sound quality was good and very comfortable

I always listen to podcasts or music when lying in bed before I go to sleep, and this is perfect for it. Doesn’t hurt my ears, fall off like earphones do, and if you do fall asleep, then just pull it over your eyes and dose off.

It’s great, it does what it promises. However two minor things 1) I can hear some light mumbling when my partner wears it. 2) it does slip off (and my partner has a big head).

The Headband was really easy to set up and remains charged for a long period of time.

    Things to know:
    – Only one device can connect
    – The main section can be somewhat uncomfortable if you’re a side/front sleeper, I simply placed this on the back of my head by turning it around to make it more comfortable
    – It does a great job of tuning out my other half’s snoring!

    Would definitely recommend

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThese sleep headbands are neat. They’re very light and comfortable to wear. They fit well around my head and they’re good standing, sitting or laying down. I’m a side sleeper and these were still good for me. Sometimes they would slide off my head in the middle of the night, but for the most part they stay on quite well. The earpieces inside are small and non-invasive, but do require shifting around into the right place quite a bit as they will slide out of place.

Sound quality is alright considering the cost and the atypical design of these. It’s a bit tinny and you won’t get much volume, but they do fine. I personally use these to listen to meditations, ambient, binaural beats and relaxation podcasts while I’m struggling to sleep, and so the sound quality does just fine for these.

They charge quickly and generally hold battery okay, but you will need to remember to charge them as if you fall asleep with them still on, the battery will drain while you’re snoring!

I don’t use these as much now as I did when I first purchased, but I did find wearing these with some relaxing sounds to be quite helpful to fall asleep at night. I’d recommend insomniacs giving these a go to add to the sleep habit toolkit.

Bought these weeks ago and have used them to sleep every night since. They’re not very loud at all compared to earbuds but how loud do you need a sleeping aid? I’m seeing some complaints about the hardness of the speakers against the ear but unless you’re sleeping on bricks I hardly see why that’d be a problem. You can leave them on and your device should disconnect automatically if it stops playing for long enough. I’ve used for a week straight and haven’t heard what the low battery chime sounds like. Great buy for those who love their sleep like me.

Initially when I opened the package I was hit by the most horrible chemical smell & experienced a headache immediately, so need to wash before I can wear it. I charged it & paired with my phone & it works fine. The quality of the headband is poor but it’s functional

This headband is relatively comfortable to sleep in. The sound quality is as expected for this value item. Would need to use a sleep mask in addition, if required, as does not really work as a sleep mask and earphones at same time. I was hoping it might be more noise cancelling, but alas no. I’ll just have to turn up the volume to drown out other half’s snoring!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersQuite simply one of the best things I’ve ever bought. If you suffer with insomnia and want to listen to white noise or bedtime music or stories as you fall asleep and don’t want to wake up with sore ears, these are great. Also has a Bluetooth microphone. Effectively work as an eye mask too, although slight leakage of light around the sides of the nose. Only thing to make them better would be a removable washable inner lining. Good battery life.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI got these for sleeping, and they are awesome for that, I can sleep on the earphones without any discomfort and I’m happily going to sleep listening to audible every night. But… The sound quality isn’t great, and if you turn them up, they leak noise, havi g a a volume control on the middle of your head is odd, and the connected/disconnected !notification is loud.

Battery life is good, I 9nly have to charge them about once a week. No idea how many hours it is though as I keep falling asleep

I’d definitely buy again, as for the price I think they are excellent value.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersThis is a good product, comfortable to wear, good sound quality (not as good as ear buds but obviously these are not in ear). I bought this to wear to sleep in and listen to soundscapes to aid sleep. The speakers are small round hard flat but slightly thick discs that sit opposite your ears within the band but they are hard and after a while hurt the shell of your ear if you are a side sleeper. I feel this could be improved some way, maybe a ring of foam or something but as they are, I found they hurt after a while and if I do drop off to sleep I will be woken by the discomfort. That said, I do like the product but the comfort could be improved.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersTLDR; Affordable, high quality, comfortable, multi-purpose. 10/1p, would recommend.

As someone who struggles with noise when sleeping I’ve always worn headphones when going to sleep. This would cause issues with them falling out, wires getting tangled and was overall bad for my hearing. I love high quality audio as well, so when looking for a suitable alternative this was a necessity. When I first purchased this product I was worried I would have to send it back, but was immediately impressed with the quality, not just for white noise but music and film as well. The band is very soft and fits comfortably and the speakers sit gently over the ears. The Bluetooth connection is simple and the controls are easy to use. The battery life is also incredible, lasting for around 32 hours before recharging. (Based on 8 hours a night of persistent audio playback.) Overall this is an incredible product and has significantly helped improve my sleep.

Out of the box, this is a pretty cool product. I’ve slept with it on several times, and it’s comfortable and unobtrusive. My wife does take issue with it, so while she is a bit of a sensitive sleeper I guess it’s not for everyone. She does like using it to do housework with since it can hold her hair back and isn’t going to fall off whatever she’s doing. The size is also good, she has a small head and I have a large one and it fits us both pretty well – I’d say it’s maybe a little tight on me but not so much as to be uncomfortable.

There *are* some quirks, however. The first thing is that there are three or four ‘notches’ of volume that it just doesn’t decrease to. Bit odd for a headset to refuse to go quieter, particularly one designed for sleeping with, but it’s not a deal-breaker as you can simply adjust the speakers away from your ears a bit for some analogue volume control.

Secondly, the low battery alarm. Yikes. Connected to my Galaxy S9, the low battery alert triggered a notification (similar to an SMS) every five seconds or so, playing through both my phone and the speakers. It was extremely obnoxious. Again though, not necessarily a deal-breaker as it has good battery life, more than enough to give a few nights of usage. Just… remember to keep it charged.

For the price I’d say it’s worth it for casual use. If you want something to use every night, I’d go for something pricier, but this works well for the odd night you just can’t get to sleep.

This will be my 4th set of sleep headphones and these are the best by far. It’s easier to describe the features they DON’T have compared to the previous headphones I’ve used:
    – the battery lasts the entire night, I say the entire night as I’ve not slept longer than 9 hours. This also means I can’t comment on whether they alert you to low battery at 5am in the morning like the ones I had previously.
    – there isn’t a bright blue constantly flashing light that signals that they’re on…. something that my wife was not a big fan of on the previous headphones I had
    – the speakers are held in little pockets so you can’t move them to suit. At first I thought this would be an issue because when I first put the headband over my eyes, the speakers were below my ears! There was an easy solution… turn the volume up a little. So why is this better? Because on the previous headphones where the speakers could be moved, that’s exactly what would happen… they’d regularly migrate away from the preferred position so I had to adjust them every night!
    – they are snug. I have a biggish head so when I put these on I though, on no… this are too tight; however, after one use I realised how much I preferred the fact that it stayed put, that I wasn’t waking up having to readjust them because they’d slipped around my head.
If I had one citisism, it is that unlike my previous headphones that had a charge port in the module, whilst these have a small charging lead that you have to fish out of a pocket to connect. At first I was disappointed, but when it came to unplugging them and putting the lead back in the pocket whilst in the dark, my wife usually retires before me, it was easy. All in all, I am very happy with these. I’d have no problem recommending them.

Only had these sleep headphones for a few days, but so far they have proven to be a lot more comfortable than typical earbuds or headphones. I have only used them whilst in bed listening to relaxing sounds, but you can easily lay on your side with the headband on and it won’t be uncomfortable for your ear. I don’t fall asleep with the sleep headphones on though, I tend to take them off once I start to get sleepy, however, it definitely makes a difference in accentuating that! The sound ear piece that is built into the headphones isn’t completely soft like jelly, but they are soft enough for you to lay on your side with ease, which is the main reason I got these. All in all though, a good product, and the best sleeping type headphones I have used so far. I cannot speak for the battery life, as I only use them for an hour or 2, but so far they have yet to be charged, so I imagine the battery life is what it says on the tin. And as for working out, I don’t use them for that, but the headband is pretty secure on your head when its on, so I don’t think it would move around or fall off if you wanted to workout with it on. Sound quality is decent given what its designed for.

If you want to fall asleep to sounds/music ect, in the most comfortable way possible then buy these!

Delivery was quick and I was very pleased with the look and feel of the headband. As mentioned by other Reviewers, it is very comfortable to wear, which I’ve done each night since receiving it, so about 7 nights so far.

Hardly notice it during the night with no lumps or bumps to contend with . Only two things why the 4 not 5 stars; if you’re a flapper during night, you can as I have done, inadvertently press the buttons which will move whatever you are listening which can be annoying when you try and find where you were. so the buttons are quite sensitive. Also, when charging, I’ve plugged it in a couple of time left it a while gone back and it has not even started to charge so you have make sure it is actually charging before leaving it, to do just that. Good when exercising but can make you more hot and flustered than usual. Cleaning possible but they have been economical with the truth here as the main unit is stitched in. I’ll have to cross this bridge – soon!

Ending on a plus points, charges very quickly and lasts for hours, so far on a single charge, all night and well into the next morning, not died on me yet. impressive sound quality for what it is. Very comfortable to wear and very easy to pair with devices.

Probably should be 3 stars given all the cons I’ve listed but is has solved a problem for me and I enjoy using it so I’m sticking with the 4 Stars.

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersI have had issues sleeping all my life, and was recently diagnosed again with insomnia. Finding sleep aids and solutions to help me get through the night have been very far and few between. I am someone who regularly listened to headphones with a wire which came with a number of different issues. I have found that the wire gets tangled round my neck after falling asleep, and I end up lying on it and waking up due to being uncomfortable and lumpy due to the headphones being under me while I sleep and move around.

I needed a Bluetooth solution urgently, so I found these headphones, and now I use them paired with the Calm app on my phone (religiously) every night. I can genuinely say it has changed my life. I am able to use it with a dual purpose, as both headphones and a sleep mask. You can pull the band round your eyes to block out most of the light without causing too much of a difference to the sound. The battery lasts all night and day without a struggle and the sound quality is really, really, good for the price.

It stays on my head firmly and I can move around comfortably, laying on my side, back, and front. The speakers where the sound comes out are very flat, so I find that it doesn’t interfere or become uncomfortable when trying different sleeping positions.

I have used the headphones for months now, and I’m so glad I found them. Some nights I might need other aids to send me to sleep, but I couldn’t imagine not having these as one of my primary sleeping aids options.

Thank you for making such a great product.

Golden Review Award: 38 From Our UsersFor what it is, it works pretty well.
The sound quality could be better, but it’s a cheap headband with bluetooth speakers for around a tenner, what would you expect?
Mic seems to pick up reasonably well, so calls are a possible, although the noise of things brushing the headband is transmitted so not really useable while wearing a hood.
Fairly comfortable as a headband, less so as an eye mask for sleeping (my reason for purchase). After a while the pressure of the control unit becomes uncomfortable on the forehead. Band can be uncomfortable against the nose as it is just elasticated fabric with no shaping. Speakers are slim enough to allow comfortable use laying on one’s side on a pillow.
    Pairing is simple, connection solid.
Advertised as something one might wear while out jogging, I certainly wouldn’t be seen dead outdoors in it. Nor would I be seen dead jogging, so make of that what you will…
For sleeping, I would recommend the shaped and padded eye mask with an identical bluetooth setup which can be found on Amazon for a similar price.
