Good quality strong butchers string , I used this to truss my turkey crown for christmas, it tied really well and stayed in place without burning during the three hours in the oven . Enough string to tie up may joints in the future . I’lldefinitely be buy this brand again when I need to renew .
Purchased as I needed string to wrap my Christmas pudding. It needed to be strong and withstand the 7 hours steaming so that I could lift the pudding out easily. Did exactly what I wanted it to do and it will last years as there is plenty of it.
It’s not the thickest butchers twine but it does the job without any problems. Just remember your only tying the meat to keep It’s shape whilst roasting not holding it hostage .
Works perfectly for marinated hams and other roasted meats .

I was initially surprised at how small this was, but even more surprised to find the “made in China” in big letters on the wrapper! I could have sworn it was UK but I clearly got confused with another one I must have been looking at.
That aside, it does what it’s supposed to do and is strong.
