Not sure if they actually do anything, I feel we take vitamins because we hope they do work but who can really say they do,I think doctors say they will but I think it’s just to get you out of there hai
I am happy with the quantity that you get for the price, as well as being happy that they dont have a horrible taste. My only issue,personally, is that I dont find them particularly easy to swallow and I have to concentrate so I dont gag on them. That might just be me though!
