This interactive microphone has become my toddler’s new favourite. It’s a delightful mix of learning and fun, teaching basic animal sounds and numbers. The buttons are perfect for small hands, and the flashing lights are a hit. The variety of melodies keeps my child engaged, and the durability is impressive, standing up to enthusiastic play. It’s a wonderful way to introduce early educational concepts in a playful, engaging manner.

My little one’s first concert was a solo performance in the living room with this toy — future star in the making! The animal sounds are a hoot; we’ve had more than a few duets with Mr. Duck and Sir Cow. The flashing lights are so entrancing, I’m half-tempted to use it for my own karaoke nights. It’s educational, too — who knew counting could be part of a musical tour? This microphone isn’t just a toy; it’s the ticket to a world where every press of a button promises a new adventure in learning.

Fun toy for little ones, I got this for my baby boy and he really likes it!
He’s slightly too young to talk into the top to change his voice, but my older child was doing it for him, and he found it fascinating to hold and play with.
Lots of sounds/lights, a good chunky size, and top quality from VTech like you’d expect.
It does come with batteries (2 x AAA) but these are just for demo mode, so it’s best to swap these for new ones.

The reason for my 4/5 stars, is because I soon realized that if the top microphone bit is covered too harshly, then it makes a high pitched sound! (see my video) My baby boy managed to get it under his bum/legs a few times, and I had to take it off him as the sound was very annoying!

Otherwise, it’s a great little toy, lots of fun to be had with it!

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun, Beware of the High Pitch Sound!

his is a baby microphone from vtech, there are 5 big buttons for playing songs, numbers and animal sound

i thought it’s a microphone that change kids voice to different animal sound, but actually it just amplifies the voice but not change anything

there are quite a lot of built in songs and sound triggered by the buttons

a switch at the back to turn off the microphone, or setting the volume level to low and high, i don’t feel much different of low and high volume, i wish it could be lower as the sound is a bit loud

anyway, it’s an interesting toy for kids, encourage them to speak and sing with the microphone with music

i’m happy with this product, would recommend

5.0 out of 5 stars encourage kids to speak and sing

A nice little toy suitable for very young children. It’s well made and safe. It has lots of buttons for the little one to press and interact with. There are cute animals on the buttons. There are led and sounds. When you press a button you think it’s finished then all of a sudden it sets off again. Had a mind of its own but it’s fun. It has batteries included and there is an educational element to the toy as it teachers numbers.

Delightful sing-along toy for my one year-old niece! She’s learnt to hold it upright, next to her mouth – and to press the 4 buttons for animal sounds (Dog, Horse, Cat and Sheep) – she enjoys the melodies and lights.

It also has phrases and words for your tot to repeat, which all encourages conversation and exploration.

This ‘VTech Baby Sing Songs Microphone’ is just the right size for small hands and little mouths, and colourful and cute to play with. There are 2 sing-along songs and 15 tunes for baby to enjoy.

Bear in mind this toy needs 2 x AAA batteries to allow your little one to discover all functions.

I’m currently getting a rendition of my niece’s ‘greatest hits’ – but I’m not sure I recognise any of her songs yet! 😀

She has been playing with the microphone on and off all day – when big brother doesn’t have it!
