Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersGreat product. If you set the alarm properly it will light up your room in the morning then play some cute wake up music or radio and it just works a charm.
I hardly feel tired waking up at 5am anymore.
The nightlight is okay and good brightness however I personally don’t need a light to go to sleep.

5.0 out of 5 stars Never thought this would work

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThere is a lot to this clock but I have found the most positive aspect is the feeling it gives that the light is gently helping my body to adjust to getting up, emerging out of sleep. Think this is going to be particularly helpful on dark winter mornings when it is more difficult to get out of bed.

There are lots of choices about settings (of the alarm and / or colour to rouse you) be this light, sound, levels and timings. The choice of sounds includes bird song , piano music, the ‘classic’ alarm clock beeping and some are more effective (and less irritating then others). There are a number of colours and blending. This is quite complex to set up and found it took some time to get it just as I wanted as a first setting.

There is a comprehensive instruction booklet which helps across its 7 pages to make the most of this. The diagrams of the clocks buttons is helpfully clear. I suggest you keep the booklet to hand to remind you especially if you want to change settings.

There are buttons for brightness and sound levels and the radio button will scan through to find receptive stations. The lights and their changes can be very relaxing and I have found atmospheric when doing yoga and when I wanted to relax.

It does need to be plugged in to work and the wire is about 115 cms so needs to have access to a USB plug (not supplied) within this distance. Alternatively maybe try using a power pack if not near a plug. You can set two alarm times on this — maybe one for week days and the other for weekends.

There is a lot this alarm clock can do including charging your phone. If you want something that offers more than a ‘bog standard’ wake up call it is worthwhile considering this. Just allow yourself time for set — up.
