I love this item as it was a tribute to my daughter who died recently. However I only gave it 4 stars because the smaller heart attachment would not stay on which was disappointing.
Very pleased with this item. Arrived promptly-in time to take pride of place on my Xmas tree as a token of remembrance. Price is exceptional for quality especially compared to similar items that were of inferior quality. Highly recommend
Recieved this lovely item but sadly I was Very Disappointed and upset by the way the heart with the name on was hanging by a corner only instead of from the centre, not like the photo, it upset me as it looks awful and I don’t like it , I ordered 2 with different names but still waiting for one of them, I just hope when i get the mum & Dad one, the name will be hanging straight and not like a broken pub sign like my brother one ,….. otherwise a lovely item
I bought this memorial Ornament to hang on my Christmas Tree in Memory of my son and after Christmas it will hang from a mirror in my lounge so i will see it every day.
Love the memorial baubles, they are not just for Christmas as could be used all year round, I bought 4 to gift to my sister’s and mum, as we recently lost our dad and husband. Thank you
I was very disappointed with the delivery service as I waited over a week for the package which was delivered by Royal Mail .
The order was eventually delivered but damaged .
I would highly recommend that the seller charge a little more for product being boxed instead of in a plastic bag .
The product itself was really good value for money ( if delivered undamaged )
Lovely little decorations for the tree. Unfortunately they didn’t come completely assembled. One of the small hearts and junc ring had to be attached to the charm. This was quite fiddly and took some time. Would have been better if they had come completely assembled.
