I bought these for work as I have a job leading guided outdoor walks so wanted something to help with the elements and staying warm. These are incredible and so comfortable, ideal for walking. I love the fleece line inside.
The fit too is perfect, I’m 5 4″ with short legs and I went for the non tall option and they are perfect. The size too is accurate.
I’ll be buying again.
I was tempted to return these trousers because the material is so crackly and noisy, but I’m really glad I didn’t They are probably the best fitting pair of trousers I’ve ever bought and are really warm and comfortable. They are a good weight with just the right amount of stretch and ideal for any outdoor winter activities. I can see myself wearing them lots so will definitely be getting another pair.
Haven’t yet worn in rain but fit well and are very comfortable. Can bend knees without restriction (tight on some other lined trousers I have) and good to have thigh pocket as well as pockets either side of waist and one at back.
I love these trousers. So far they seem to be of high quality, material and construction. Have had a couple of small spillages on them which have just wiped off with a damp cloth without leaving a mark.
Just ordered another pair which I would have done earlier but waited for them to come on offer. Obviously for casual wear or what they were made for, ie. cold weather activities but so, so comfy.
These are very excellent trousers so much so that I have bought a second pair as a spare and a pair for my wife. Having bought other so called lined and waterproof trousers and been dissatisfied having to continue to wear thermals underneath I was wary of trying these however I am very glad that I did. I have been wearing them now for 6 weeks whenever the temperature dropped to zero or there was a wind chill factor they are perfect and no thermals are necessary underneath. The coldest I have worn them is minus 10C add the wind chill and snow they did the job, the snow doesn’t cling and where they have become wet at the ankle they have dried rapidly. I cannot praise these trousers high enough and I certainly recommend them.
I bought these after reading other reviews, and I’m not disappointed.
I ordered the 18T as I need the extra width around the tummy area, so they are not tight around the thigh. The length is good, falls on the top of my boots. ( I did use the measure guide provided)
They do make a noise when walking , but does it matter when your legs are warm.
Overall a good pair of dog walking trousers
Received the trousers less than 24hours after ordering! Was worried about the sizing when I ordered but needn’t have been as they’re a perfect fit. I’d say true to size. I ordered a long as I prefer my trousers to come to top of my foot rather than ankle. The material is really good quality and the fleece inside is lovely and soft. They’re very comfortable and cosy. Really pleased with them.
I spent a lot of time online looking for waterproof trousers, which would also look good, be comfortable and warm. I’m so pleased with them I’m writing this review. great fit (size 14 I weigh 10.5stone) Lots of zips, Great for walking dog in rain and cold weather.
The only thing I didn’t like was even the “short” were too long for me at 5’4″. I had to take them up as they were dragging on the floor.
Size-wise I would say they are pretty much spot on but are stretchy enough to accommodate thermal tights or a bigger bottom than mine. I am straight up and down and find it hard to find trousers that fit in the waist but are not huge in the bottom. I think these would fit most shapes.
