I got this as I sew toys, and it makes ironing the small fabric really easy. It doesn’t take up much room and heats up pretty quick.

    It came down quickly.

I can’t believe how small this iron is. It fits in the palm of my hand. Very good for travel. Despite its small size, it proves remarkably effective and efficient, getting the job well done.

Arrived quickly and as described. I find it safer to use on small areas than my regular iron. Great to have next to my sewing machine for those little areas. Bought a curling tong mat for added safety and made it its own mini ironing board out of a wooden chopping board , a towel , an old pillow case. Glad I have it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis iron really is so compact and very cute because of the size. I love it. It’s perfect to travel with and won’t take up much space. It irons clothes nicely but you may have to go over a few times, other than that, the iron is really good.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWow ! What have I been missing for years. A product to GENUINELY write home about. It simply ticks ALL the boxes. Been sewing forever but never fully appreciated the benefits of having a liddle biddy iron. Due to a medical problem even an iron hurts me to lift so I finally decided to try a crafters/quilters mini iron.
And happy to say I am NOT disappointed. It does everything a regular iron does, gets just as hot and is so light weight its a pleasure to use. Can’t say enough about it !!!
A happy bunny yet again !

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersThis was my second attempt at purchasing this item, the first iron didn’t work at all but having returned it via Amazon’s great

service with Royal Mail I took a risk and ordered another. This one worked straight away and I am very happy with it. I use a mini iron when sewing and it is very comfortable in the hand. Heats quickly and works very well for steam pressing small items. My old one was a traditional iron shape and this one is much more functional, easy to manoeuvre and stable when you put it down. No leaks. Good quality soleplate. Comes with a little plastic container for filling with water and also a drawstring bag. Recommended.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI resisted getting this style of mini iron for ages, until I had tried three different travel irons which were ‘normal’ iron shape and lots cheaper. All three eventually broke down – I think because they were not made to be left on for long periods, whereas this iron is actually made for crafting. It is more expensive that some mini irons but I suspect will be more long lasting. I use it for quilting; ironing fabric and pressing seams and ironing the odd uniform top when I can’t be bothered to get the ‘big’ iron out! It is comfortable to hold and achieves a heat which irons 100% cotton well. It steams well, there are occasionally some drips but I have used ironing water (not tap water) from the start, so no brown stains. Steam is either on or off and the water container is fairly small and needs topping up frequently. It stands well on its heel . I believe the wattage is around 400, which makes it cheaper to use than the other travel irons I have tried, which were around 700 – 800 watts. This makes a difference when you have the iron on nearly all day! The only downside is that I occasionally find my fingers touch the body of the iron, which is hot, when holding the handle. I am very pleased with my purchase.
