Good chair easy to put together took about 20 minutes. The chair is light and moves around easily. I WFH for a call centre so I’m tied to my desk for 7.5 hours a day. The chair is comfortable the seat is wide so my memory foam seat cushion fits well. The chair moves on the castors easily. Arm rests can moved out of the way which is good. I’m 5’6 and I like to sit up high with a foot rest and I find the chair is a tiny bit low even at the top height. But for the money it cost and the overall comfort of the chair it’s a brilliant chair and I’m happy with it.
It comes disassembled as shown in the pictures, but all you need is the included hex-key and less than 20 minutes. Instructions are easy to follow and parts are clearly marked. I would say that my only complain here is that the hex key is not of the best quality and I had difficulties with one of the screws after it rounded the socket.
Keep in mind that the chair is on the smallish side. I’m 1.82m tall and sitting upright I couldn’t find a position for the headrest that was completely comfortable, it just sit probably 1cm too low for my neck. Not terrible to be honest, and well within what you would expect at this price point,
The included castors are quite small, but they roll really smoothly, even on carpet. They actual contact surface is not the usual black abrasive nylon, but a softer white plastic. They are not rubber though, so I’m not sure how much they would avoid marring laminate floors.
The tilt and height adjustment works well and it’s easily accesible from the side. There is also the usual screw to tighten or losen the reclining function. Overall it feels solid enough.
The headrest design is not the best. It makes the head rest to sit too far to the front, instead of being in line with the back of the chair like more expensive models. It’s also not as smooth in operation as the rest of the chair, almost as it was an afterthought on an otherwise well rounded piece of furniture.
The cushion is quite firm, almost hard, but after sitting all day long I can say that my bottom has no complains and it’s more comfortable than the first impression I got.
The upholstery looks nice, but it’s clearly in line with the price of the chair. Time will tell how it fares under daily use.
Overall I think it’s a bargain and I would totally recommend it. I just gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the issues with the head rest. If you are getting the model without it, it should be a 5-star chair.
Good solid office chair, very comfortable and I like the fact it comes with an additional head support (which is optional to put on or take off). The instructions was a little confusing at first but took me about 40 mins to do. However, the chair is plastic so does look a little cheap so I’ve taken away 1 star for that as it’s not the best looking chair out there but it is practical, especially if you work from home. Has made a difference to my working from home life.

Great value for money, easy to assemble, sturdy, comfortable and nice smooth movement on the rolling feet. We love the ability to move the armrests up and down depending on requirements, exactly what we were looking for! Delivery was fast and straight forward too which is a huge bonus.

All the bolts required were present and easily identifiable. The finished article is smart and functional as my computer desk chair. Plenty of height and rake adjustment ensure comfort. Overall a very good purchase.

This is a lovely little chair for home office use, I spend a lot of time at the computer and it gives good support, and is not to big. Easy assembly by one person. Really pleased with it. Good value for money. I chose not to have the headrest.
