You could pay much more for a chair with this level of support. It was easy to assemble and seems great so far. The chair cushion itself is a bit thin but the back and neck support seem great.

The chair is all that it says and looks. Easy to assemble. My only proviso is that it does not support the upper back for a good typing position. It is ok if leaning back and the lumber support is helpful.

Very comfortable chair. The lower back support is excellent even with my troubled back.
Easy to assemble and looks good in my room.
A pleasant surprise overall, as the chair was in the lower price range.

Wanted a comfy and cheap chair for my home office! Best thing ever, chair is lovely, comfy, sturdy and nice design, the headrest and armrest are adjustable so it’s perfect, really good lumbar support, would definitely recommend, fast delivery!

I purchased this office chair as I spend most of my time sitting at the dining table on my laptop. The dining room chairs are okay for a couple of hours but then I get a “numb bum”. The chair arrived on time and my grandson (14 years old) built the chair. No extra tools needed, just the alan key provided. It took about 15 minutes to build and the instructions were straight forward; all the parts went together easily. After the build I adjusted the chair to make it more comfortable for me. There is loads of adjustments in the height, neck rest, tilt & air cushion. I find the chair very comfortable and not too heavy. I am a big guy ( circa 20 stone ) and the chair has ample room for my big backside. I would have no hesitation in recommending this chair.

Had this for nearly a couple of months now for working from home and been comfy and supportive even for quite long periods. Was straightforward enough to assemble , but a tip is to remember the plastic protector cap for the base before you connect up to the seat! Material might not be the nicest to touch but seems durable. You can adjust the height of the chair and the height of the headrest, and even though I’m 6″2 it still does the job (not sure how people would get on taller than me as I adjust the height of chair and headrest the max it can go) The rocking tilt is nice too. Overall very happy.

The chair was relatively easy to assemble. The quality is good, however the decorative silver piece on the back is quite flimsy and a piece snapped while trying to attach it, but it still slotted in and you can’t notice it.
The seat itself is quite hard but the lumbar support and head rest are suitable for me.
I would recommend the chair, but only if you prefer a firmer seat.

Nicely made chair with good back support and comfortable seat. Bought for my daughter at university to help with the long hours at her desk. She absolutely loves it. A huge improvement over her old seat and after trying it myself, it’s nicer than my chair that i spent over double on!

Delivery was fast and we even had a call from the seller to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

Assembly was super simple too.

Brilliant service, excellent product. Can recommend!
