I have seen some buyers say that there is a lack of accessories(no arms or base wheels), is it true?

I purchased 8 of these for the boardroom in our new office. Very easy to put together and I eventually got the assembly down to 11 minutes per chair. They are very comfortable, although so far they’ve been used for no more than 2 hours each time. And they look great.
2 things: no guide to put together, not saying its hard to but you have to guess which screws go where so it takes longer to assemble. Secondly the wrong armrests came with the chair. My wife likes it in two tone so its ok but others might not. Got the grey armrests instead of the blue, like the chair.
My husband put it together and he thought it was easy enough. My cat keeps fighting me for it. So I would say, comfortable, sturdy and worth it. Although I paid less as it was on a deal so deif got lucky!
Easy to assemble, lightweight and looks great! If I had to be picky I’d like a bit more cushioning in the seat pad, feels like it might go very flat after some use – needs a memory foam inse
Looks are always subjective, but I think this is pleasing to the eye, especially if you have a grey themed office.
Is it comfortable, yes, although this is where improvement could be made.
Specifically in the back section.
As the product ships with parts stored in the back of the seat, a gap is created when the items are removed. This is where the chair falls down a little, as the padding is suitable, but for long durations you can feel the back of the chair (if that makes sense).
The fix, in my case, was to find two small pillows, open the rear of the chair and place them in, zip up and call it a day – much more comfortable.
This is why it’s a 4/5, looks are 5/5 quality (thus far) 5/5 it just lacks on the padding (which is helped by the pillows).
All in all, happy with the product, minor note, the box did come half open. But the chair was nicely sealed.
It was easy to put together once I found the instructions.
I’m quite petite, not sure how this would hold up for a heavier set person, and it’s quite a laid back chair not too upright.
Compared to a dining chair it’s a dream, so if you’re looking for a low budget office chair, this is it!

I was looking for a chair where I could spend many hours in as I work from home.
Before I had a Gaming Chair from Secretlabs and to my surprise, this chair is way more comfortable.
The chair is soft but provides enough support.
I have had 0 back issues while using this chair which is a big win for me.
The downside is that the chair only goes as high to give your back support but doesn’t have a headrest which is a shame, I am probably going to buy an external headrest.
The arm-rest you can’t adjust but it’s at the position that you need to take ergonomically anyway so it’s perfect for me.
The chair has a tilt function but you cannot lock it when it’s tilted backwards, only in it’s neutral position.

If you are looking for a comfortable chair and don’t wish to break the bank, this is the chair for you.
I work from home and so wanted a nice chair. This is lovely. The material feels great, and the cushioning is fab… moves easily across my hard flooring… very pleased with it.
Very pleased with this chair which arrived 24 hrs after ordering. Have taken one star off because it took us well over an hour to assemble!! I do wish they would consider selling fully assembled for people like us who struggle. Having said that we managed and very pleased with the chai
All round it is a good chair for the price. The only annoying bits is that once you remove the pack from the back cushion, it leaves a gap that really needs padding. I am not a light user and sit on the chair all day long and been fine and comfy, I have noticed the height drops a little across a day but hardly noticeable. If you want a high quality chair then pay the rpice for one but I’m happy considering the low price.
I bought this to replace an old office chair that I used in the kitchen.
With it’s high back and thick padding, this is a wonderfully comfortable chair. I particularly like the adjustable height.

Wanted a reasonably priced chair to go in a computer room I was creating in a small bedroom. Easy to assemble, good to look at and relatively comfortable to sit in.
There is good back support even if you do lean forward like a T Rex when your working.
Overall I look forward to sitting in my chair now As my bum cheeks won’t hurt from sitting down too much.

Assembly was straightforward; I would suggest you watch the short video (see QR code in packaging) if only because it shows a simple method for attaching the back.
The chair covering and netting on the back doesn’t feel that strong but time will tell if it starts to fray etc
The adjustable lumbar support is fine but limited to raising or lowering a few inches.
I use it for about 2-3 hours a day, if I was using it for 8 hours per day then I may well go for a chair with more adjustments etc but for my purposes it’s absolutely fine.
