A multi tool is one of those things that you use infrequently, but when you need it it’s totally indispensable!
However, it’s usefulness is dictated by having the right blade and a sharp blade at that, so as these tools seem to eat them being able to obtain a versatile set at a great price is an opportunity not to be missed
The blades looked good quality the carrying is very robust and was delivered on time. Unfortunately they do not fit my dewalt multi tool and safly I am having to return them unused
Please send details to return, thank you
You pay for quality here and Bosch deliver. I see people complain Bosch blades are expensive but they fit well, cut well and last well. Much better than cheaper 3rd party copies. Highly recommended.
I don’t really need a separate plastic case for my blades – I’ve bought a Bosch Starlock tool with a case specifically designed to hold lots of blades – so I’m left with a lot of hard plastic which will either have to go to landfill or be repurposed for something else – I’m sure the plastic case’s only real purpose is to help to justify the crazy expense of these blades. I don’t mind paying for quality tools but this smacks of the old Gilete sales model of “sell the handle cheap, but charge a fortune for the blades” – except the tool itself wasn’t exactly cheap either…
The Braun multi-tool has been my best discovery while in lockdown, an amazingly versatile tool to complement a jig saw. These kits of cutters allow you to use the best tool for the job and are well made and presented in a fitted case. They may seem expensive but in my experience last a long time, especially if you dont allow the blade to get too hot. I used it only yesterdat to cut a square in plasterboard to fit a roon thermostat and there privously I would have drilled one or more holes, this just allows you to cur round the marked square for the pattress box and the job is done.
