All ad blue is same recipe and standard. Buy cheapest but not all cheapest have decent pouring and some spouts leak and drip. You don’t want to be adding this in your driveway. Always wear gloves, it is after all urine mix. This is not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Comes with spout which does not drip but that said make sure it’s tightly fitted and use on a public road or car park. Bring safety wipes just in case of drips on your car bodywork
I ordered this after discovering that it was the cheapest place to get adblue from at the present moment. It was easy to use and did the job perfectly, plus it was delivered to my door, I couldn’t ask for more!!
Nice size for refilling the Adblue tank. Unfortunately being a Landover it has a special connection on the tank but the flexible spout makes filling the specialist funnel space simple
I purchased this product as it’s need when driving vehicles of a certain age. My car is a VW Tiguan which will stop driving if you haven’t got ( Mr Blue as I call it) in the other tank in the vehicle. The vehicle dashboard gives me a countdown of miles left before it lets you know the car will stop in less you add Mr Blue. The container I purchased was on offer so the price was right. Next time I will purchase a 5Ltr drum easy to handle. There no much you can say as the car will not run with out it.
Price point was good but I’m used to 5l bottles and this was very awkward to pour in comparison. My Disco sport is awkward with the filler under the bonnet probably less of an issue for fuel cap type filling locations. I will stick with 5l bottles
I needed a fair amount of adblue to top up in my diesel engine SUV. It arrived the next day after ordering but was very heavy to hold and pour into the adblue tank. It has a flexible hose that you screw on, so made it a little easier to pour it in. This size was plenty to fill up the tank with more left over for next time.
Great item in bulk.
I usually buy the 2 L bottles from a well-known car products shop. This works out far better value.
The only downside I would say would be the plastic packaging, and the fact that the large bottle is quite awkward and obviously heavy.
If you are not strong and dexterous, I would not recommend buying this bottle. Otherwise it’s a great product and very good value.
This was competitively priced and brand that I have heard of!
Overall, I was very happy other than the screw in pouring spout is a little unreliable.
I was having to pour the ad blue from a vertical height, and could not avoid some spillage without resorting to applying a heavy duty tape Around the screw-in area.
Many cars now have a filling area on the side of the car, which will pose less of an issue up for me, it was a bit messy!
Checked my manual and this conformed to the recommended standard, so tick. It arrived promptly and was a good price, again tick and tick. It has a funnel, which is great (in theory), but it isn’t sturdy enough to allow you to accurately pour a 20l container of AdBlue onto the car. 20l of water is heavy. Would suggest that if you order this quantity you get someone to help you or you decant it and do it in several goes.
Excellent price, although difficult to manage to pour into tank, it is made much harder as the plastic nozzle is utterly useless. It does not stay on at all and you will end up losing half the tub. Please, if you buy this, use another method of filling up.
I need AdBlue that works and does not cause my car to break down and I have been using this brand of AdBlue for the last 50,000 miles of driving. I find that with my driving, each 10 litre container lasts about 8000 miles and I have never had any problems as a result of using this product.(I think that towing my caravan causes higher AdBlue use though)
My vehicle’s AdBlue tank must be about 10 litres as I use pretty much the whole container of this when I get the warning that AdBlue is low so this 10 litre size is extremely convenient for me.
I cannot fault this AdBlue but it I have to be careful when filling up the car’s AdBlue tank using this 10 litre product. I carefully attach the spout before use. My car has an annoying design that the AdBlue filler is inside the boot so I get an old blanket and wrap it around the filler area when filling up to catch any splashes. Although the AdBlue is 10kg, I also try to support the weight of the AdBlue so not to put any stress onto the point where the filler spout is attached to the container and this usually minimises any issues.
