Purchased this having 4 cats in the house and continually having to watch the cats go outside to drink unhygienic water. Prefer to continually fill this up so the cats have access to clean running water. Great purchase and the cats are well happy
I had been thinking about buying one for a long time and when I saw this one it was exceptionally value for money and the right size. Not only does the cat drink from it my two small dogs do as well! I am so pleased I bought it.
Pump gave out after 6 weeks. Immediate response from the seller who gave tips to get the pump working again and offered a replacement if the tips didn’t work. Great customer service.
Purchased this water fountain 9months ago for our 5 cats to ensure they always have access to clean, fresh drinking water. It’s a brilliant product, still going strong. We enjoy long weekend camping trips and have a very busy lifestyle, this was a very good price for peace of mind that the cats have access to water during these times. Already recommended to family and friends, would not hesitate to purchase again if needed.
This takes deep cleaning ever day in depth,as gets slimy on the pump and pipe where water comes from,also filters so small you need to change every other day. The circular mesh that goes around the pump you don’t need very much yet they come together works out expensive, currently looking for a different fountain.
I bought this fountain to encourage my cat to drink more water. It works a charm! It’s very easy to keep clean and she drinks plenty more water. Highly recommend.
It’s well priced, and works very well, our cat does drink out of it but also pulls it apart leaving water everywherewould have been better if the lid had a clip to secure it!
The light wasn’t very bright though, even in the dark.
Alas, my cats were not at all interested in using it.
I changed the water twice, and used bottled water but they just looked at it and went elsewhere.
I requested free filters as pervthe label on the side and received a swift and courteous response.
This is a great fountain for my kitten. It took her a few days to accept that it’s her new water bowl but once she did it made my life a lot easier as I just have to clean it once in a while and refill every now and then.
It easy to clean, it doesn’t leak and keeps my kitty satisfied when she dips her head under the tap.
This was a really good buy and both cats really love it. It’s so quiet which is important as it’s in the front room. You can hear the water more when the bowl needs topping up. Definitely recommended
I have a cat with kidney disease and this fountain is a great option to encourage him to drink more water. I’ve had it for little less than a year and it’s still going strong. I think the key to that is that it is easy to disassemble and clean. It’s very quiet and I find the gentle sound of water flowing soothing as well. So it’s good for me and kitty!

Brilliant fountain, my cats are obsessed with it! Miles happier with this one than they have been any of their previous ones. Setup was a breeze and worked perfectly. Really happy with the look, function and capacity.

This product is so much better than my previous cat fountain. It looks good, is near enough silent when running, so easy to clean, and my cat seems to like it better too! The pump has a two year warranty for peace of mind and I can’t really think that there is anything else on the fountain that could go wrong. Highly recommended!
This is probably the first item I’ve purchased on Amazon that I’m genuinely really happy with. My 3x ginger cats absolutely love this fountain and I’ve seen a big uptake on their drinking habits. When full , it’s virtually silent but sometimes does have a slight trickle sound (which I personally enjoy). My cats were constantly mowing for me to turn the kitchen tap on, now they enjoy the flowing water fountain! Good flow, capacity and value for money.
My senior cat loves this fountain, its easy to put together, very easy to clean, the filters are really good filters compared with others, are the best we have seen. The only thing that lets it down slightly is the blue light that lights up the black bowl in the evening, my cat doesnt like it, so ive covered it in black card so not a problem, as im sure other cats will like this. Great product though hence giving 5stars! thanks
We have to keep replacing our water fountains because my ginger cat keeps breaking them. Unfortunately he likes to take a splash and throw the water around, he even takes them apart.
It’s been a while and he hasn’t managed to break this one YET.
Looks really nice, and as long as there’s enough water in it it’s quiet.
This fountain is perfect for Astro who only used to drink from the tap, but only if its at a particular flow. This fountain is perfect for him, he uses it all the time, the flow is perfect, along with the low energy use we can leave it on all the time.
The continous flow of fresh filtered water keeps Astro happy and hydrated all day especially because he only eats dry foods. Could not recommend more 🙂
Have had problems getting our cat to stop drinking from the sink for months now. Purchased this as a final option as no other drinking fountains had worked as they weren’t interested.
Since we started using it they haven’t gone near the sink once and are only bothered about using this to drink. Really easy to set up and change filters, sponges etc. It’s also really quiet so you can barely hear it going throughout the day/night.
Would definitely recommend.
The main reason I chose this fountain is that my previous two (cheaper) fountains failed as I couldn’t clean inside the pumps, so the fact I can clean inside this one was the main attraction. It is super quiet, my 3 cats are very happy to drink from it and no splashes/wet mat. Easy to clean and the light makes it easy to see how full it is.
The only reason I deducted a star is if I do not change the water for 3 days or so, when I do there is a small amount of particles/cat fur floating in the water towards to back of the top bowl so I am not sure the water at the back gets circulated.
Our cats took to it right away and it’s been fantastic. It has a filter system so the water is clean and fresh and is also great if you are out of the house all day/overnight as it makes sure they’ve always got a clean water supply. Very quiet, I can’t even hear it and easy to take apart to clean.
My cat loves it uses it, but the lid is light so she constantly tries to open it to get to the water trickling inside. As a result she has taken the lid off and had it running with just enough water to flow through it. I will tape/elastic band it down to stop her. I did notice a few other buyers have said the same, inquisitive cats/dogs will lift the lid, so a stiffer seal of a twist lock might be the answer.
Bought for my older cat as he doesn’t move around much & he loves it!
Super easy to set up, very reasonable price & easy to clean/ keep up.
However my other cat doesn’t like the noise it makes so he doesn’t use it. My older cat is deaf so he doesn’t care about the noise. It’s nice to hear at night and sounds like a very distant water feature, super relaxing.
I’m so happy with this product. I purchased for my 2 small dogs and I’m delighted with it. I can’t believe how quiet it is. The dogs love it as well. I’m very happy that it has a 2 year warranty on the pump as my last water pump only lasted 1 month. It’s very small and compact. It has a led light and it holds 2 liters of water which is great for 2 thirsty dogs. The bottom is also see through so I can see how much water is left. Very satisfied thank you
I bought this for my miniature Yorkshire Terrier to encourage her to drink more, she loves it! As soon as I put it on the floor she was drinking from it. Easy to assemble, it is really quiet and it also looks good.
This is a good fountain…it doesn’t make any noise like others and the water just flows. However if you get towards the minimum level of water it starts making a noise of water dripping. Also if you get below minimum it doesn’t work so essentially the water below minimum can not be counted as the capacity and the minimum is quite a lot of water. Because of the dripping noise and the large level of minimum water required I removed a star. Cats can drink from the spout or the surface where the water falls. Good enough for two kittens as two big cats might not have space for the head at the same time.
This is perfect for Freddie who rarely drank water before this purchase. It looks smart and is virtually silent. It’s easy to set up and super easy to clean and refill. The “free” filters are a great bonus making this extremely good value for money. Oh and the pump is guaranteed to be replaced if it stops working any time in the next 2 years.
Easy to assemble with the instructions provided. It has a good water capacity and the option of a tap or fountain (which my cat prefers!) The motor is quiet and there is a useful night time illumination. Only
negative is the filters need replacing quite often, but the manufacturer will provide some for free and a replacement motor if required. Overall a worthwhile purchase!
Bought this as both of my cats love drinking from the tap. It came in great condition and was super easy to assemble (although it comes with instructions). You can also have it light up blue. It looks subtle and isn’t too big and slots in nicely to it’s surroundings. It doesn’t make any noise either which is a big bonus. Holds enough water to keep the cats happy and they both started using it immediately with no trouble.
This is the easiest set up to a cat water fountain, I’m sure my cat could do it….ha ha.(kidding) it’s so straightforward. It has a large capacity to hold water too, so no more having to keep refilling the bowl. Comes with only 1 filter so make sure you order more. Once you buy it, there is a way of getting more for free but you’d have to buy it to find out ! Oh and it’s super quiet!!!! Cat approved.
