You may be deliberating between the conventional drawer-style air fryer this style, which is more like a compact oven. I’ve owned both; basically, it depends on how much you want to replace your oven. This design is more versatile because it has modes which mimic a traditional oven and you can use trays to layer food. Air frying uses strong air circulation, but this one also has a lower fan setting for normal baking. Air frying a basket of chips, Brussels sprouts, or chicken nuggets is a lot easier in the drawer-style air fryer, though, because the rotisserie basket you need in this model is a faff to use.
