Comes in sections screw together makes curtain slide not so smooth
Each end has a plastic cover.
I cut 2 inches off smallest piece to make wall to wall over front door and side glass.

Brackets are good. A key hole style hole and slotted underneath
Adjustable distance from wall . Although for me the minimum wasn’t close enough.

    Overall happy

This has a highly polished chrome finish which will work with most colour schemes. The metal is sturdy and this size of pole set has three brackets so there’s no snagging in the middle when in position.

The rod pieces are connected by placing one end into another and turning until tight. You can alter the length by using fewer rods. The brackets are adjustable, allowing you to choose how far the curtain rod is away from the wall or window frame.

Screws and rawl plugs are supplied and you just screw the brackets to the wall, place the curtain rod onto the brackets and tighten the screws to hold it in place.

The curtain rod looks good but the black end caps take away from the sleek look of the rod. I’d prefer a silver coloured cap or a discreet plug piece.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy, and easy to put togethe

We have had adjustable curtain poles many times before, they have all been telescopic and the one thing I hate about them is the step where the inner pole exit’s the outer pole. The curtains always seem to get stuck at that point. This pole is adjustable in length by adding sections to it to get the length you want, this means the diameter of the outside of the pole is the same all the way along. No step. The drawback to this method is you can only get the pole length close to the length depending on the length of the poles you use to make up the length, it’s not as exact as a telescopic one. You need to order the size range that fits your needs. The wall brackets have a method of adjustment that allows you up to 2cm of adjustment. When screwed together to make the pole length you want, the pole is very strong and doesn’t sag in the middle at all, it’s very sturdy.
