This chair is fantastic. It does exactly what it should and is extremely comfortable. Easy to put together and easy to run the massage machine when plugged in to the mains. It’s everything I wanted. Thank you so much!
I’ve been using this chair for just over a week now. I work long hours while at home and sit in the chair for 10 hours! It’s comfortable and stops my back hurting! It was easy to put together only took about 20 minutes. Kept the Allan key so can tighten up the arms etc every couple of months. I was a bit worried as the reviews were really mixed but I’m glad I brought it. I find it comfy and it has helped my back massively!
Only thing I don’t like is the foot rest bit but I just don’t use that!
Chair OK. Nice to have fabrick. I do not think much of the massaging but no worry as I did not buy it for that – it was for the reasonable price.
I’m 164cm and this chair is perfect for me in terms of quad length and height. Really comfy and a significant upgrade on my previous work from home chair, should have bought it years ago! I don’t use the massage feature much – it does work but is quite loud so it’s more for a short burst when you’re having a break.
I put the 8 point heated massage chair from Amazon as it seemed to be sturdy for my build (heavy) I wanted it for an outdoor crafting shack. I assembled it with ease (60+ year old disabled female) it took me 20 minutes. Set it all up and I’d say it was more a vibrating than a massage chair. It makes a tuneful noise while vibrating which I found quite enjoyable. The heat is good and should keep me warm in cold weather. Quality is good. Sturdy, but does recline when you lean back, so not giving an option to sit upright and lean against the back rest without it reclining! Will I keep my singing, vibrating chair? Yes. Would I recommend it? Yep as after much research, it seems to be the best priced for the features , sturdiness & comfort.
Downside 1 of the screw covers is missing which makes my OCD twitchy. But I’ve emailed the company and I’m hoping they’ll send me 1. Other than that everything is good
Decent size, looks good, heating function is decent, vibration is a bit noisy and average at best. However the seating is not very padded, heating element can be seen through the material. I guess for the price it is a reasonable budget chair, personally I wish I had bought a better chair without the gadgets, there are plenty of products on the market for heating and massage that do the job better. I’ve added a cushion to improve comfort, to add I’m a small female so chair not fully tested for larger users, I’d be doubtful
I bought this for my office. I was finding my old chair uncomfortable. The wider seat makes for a more comfortable position. The lift is very good as I am taller(6’1″) and find most office chairs sit too low. I wouldn’t say it’s an ergonomic design but good support on spine, hips and shoulders. Could do with 2-3″ higher back but very comfortable anyway. The massage option (I bought the 2 point basic chair) is good. I am a heavy guy and plenty of seat space, no squashing of legs or chair arms hugging tight. Very nice chair, similar comfort would cost a lot more normally. I bought in sales so under 80.
The fabric feels nice, definitelly better than the terrible leather most of these chairs come in and the build quality feels pretty sturdy. My main problem is that there is no headrest, not when you’re sitting up right (I’m 185cm). Also the “massage”, which is just vibrations, feels meh.
Packed well, simple to assemble, it took about 20 minutes from unpack to sitting in it. Firm base and back, which I find comfortable. Adjusts easily for height and back support angle. So a few issues I had. Leg support had a screw and cap missing, easily raided off the old chair. Leg support seems flimsy and could do with extra length if your over 6 foot tall, but tbh It won’t get used much. Massage motors are noisier than I would have liked, but considering the price, it is a small thing. Cables could be hidden better, and a bigger pocket to put them in, as the control takes up all the room. Overall I am pleased with it, mine are small niggles that I will live with.
he vibrator motors work very well but they are a little lumpy so it is not quite as comfortable as I expected. It doesn’t rock either, my last one rocked. The leg rest is really clever and that IS comfortable, and the material feels nice. Its ok for shorter periods of time but if you are an office worker who sits a lot then no. I actually have to use a small cushion to make it comfy.
I will get some use out of it before I will give it away to someone and buy something else.
I have had the chair for a while now and it’s still comfortable for every day home office use.
The USB cable for the massager broke (shielding came away) when unplugging but Elfordson were very quick to rectify with a new cable and no issues with the new one.
The thigh and lumbar massagers are mixed up on mine, but it’s not an issue as they both work and you can switch the zones on and off individually as needed. Massage function is nice and the heating is good
eceived 2 days earlier, so good prompt delivery.
easy enough to set up
The back rest is not all that great, could do with being a little higher.
Massage buttons easy to use, you just need to know where they are
I wouldnt say this is a massage office chair, but its ok.
you do need to stop relax and try to find the right level for you.
I love the colour, but i do think a little extra padding on the seat would help.
Padding on seat is quite thin, so you cant sit for to long before you need to get up and
stretch your legs!
Im usually doing all my office work for around 3 to 4 hours daily, and I cant sit for to long in this chair for that long without getting up and having a stretch!
Overall, this chair is ok, needs some extra padding on the seat, but apart form that its ok
DPD were supposed to deliver this chair on an arranged day. DPD then told me an approximate time. After the forth day they were successful, each day stating a time that it would be delivered. Having planned my days around this including work I was VERY ANGRY indeed. When the parcel arrived it was open with a damaged leg.
In relation to the chair and Amazon no issue, except for the damaged leg, I glued the bit back on. Chair is comfortable and works great in all other respects.
I’ll let you know how long that lasts.
Amazon you need to reconsider your delivery options, DPD in my experience are very poor.
Having built a fair number of desk chairs in the past few years, I feel experienced enough to comment on the ease of assembly of this chair. Having screws separated and labelled in alphabetical order was a convenient perk. It took 30 minutes instead of the 2 hours with the last one I built.
1. Pictorial Instructions are easy to follow, EXCEPT for a hitch connecting the seat to the back. Instructions did not explain how the velcro flaps were arranged.
2. Diagram 3 required 2 people to construct as one needed to hold the parts together and another needed to align the screw holes and fiddle with the wretched flap joining the 2 parts together
3. Hint – don’t screw the backrest metal piece too tightly as you will need to slide the flap UNDER it.
Once assembled:
Comfort – good
Backrest – low so there is no headrest. Big disappointment.
Size – neat, smaller than expected (minute compared to the chair it replaces which looked the same on Amazon)
Lying position – particularly comfy
Massage – works but nothing compared with a true massage armchair. Vibration mode
Cost – 124 in Amazon Prime sale. Otherwise 140. Not bad, compared with other chairs on sale but definitely higher than chairs of the same design 2-3 years ago, which are now quite rare, having been replaced by mesh chairs and gaming chairs.
Follow-up 4 months on:
After one school term of use, I am disappointed to report that the PU leather at the top corner of the backrest has split to reveal the chair stuffing! Not an area that gets much hard wear either. Nor is it at the seam, so the fault is not in the sewing and I can only surmise it is due to poor quality fabric I’m not sure how to fix it – superglue? Also worth noting that the pink seat has marked really badly. Meanwhile, a pink gaming chair, bought a year ago, though not as comfy, hasn’t marked, nor split Shame.
Decided on this chair after alot of thought and i found it to be easy to put together, comfy and sturdy. Only thing to note is foot rest is not the best but dont tend to use often so thats okay and cable for massage is too short but i found best way is to use with power bank so again okay. All in all glad i bought it and happy.
Assembly is well-documented and putting the chair together takes less than 20 minutes. During assembly I noted that the metal base, spring mechanism and seat joint parts are well made, with all the holes lined up perfectly – many cheaper chairs don’t. The only reason this didn’t get a resounding 5* from me is that (for me, at least) the plastic arms seem quite flimsy compared to the quality of the metal base, and the fabric of the whole chair just doesn’t have the feeling of longevity or quality. One minor quibble that is probably very rare, but did occur on mine, is that one of the holes in the back of the chair for an arm rest had no threads, but this was resolved with a tap set.
I wanted an office chair that I could comfortably work on, and same time, a chair that has a rest leg to watch TV. Depsite the reviews I went ahead and bought this.
Assembling – easy to assemble but the instructions wasn’t easy to follow. 7/10.
Working – This is very comfy chair to game or work on. 9/10.
Watching TV – 8/10. Comfy it’s nice to recline back and rest the leg on the leg rest, however the legrest is a tad too short for me as I am 5’9.
Massage – 0/10 – completely sh!t so don’t bother with it. It makes the sound as if your phone is vibrating but does sod all.
Assembly of this chair was simple, with very clear instructions and a labelled pack of bolts. There is however one part of the assembly that was very difficult to do on my own, and that was slotting the back part into the seat part. Customer Service was very helpful, however there is definitely some strength required to do this bit.
The chair is very comfortable to sit in, and the back has a good height.
The massage function is not really worth bothering with, you can hardly feel it. So if you are particularly looking for a massage chair this probably isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a comfortable office chair for a reasonable price then I would recommend this one. It looks great too.
