So got to keep an eye on my dogs but you need a subscription if tou want to be able to access all clups it’s only 2.99 a month but ypu need to factor it in. Love that you can put to sleep when visitors are in the room and the night time view is great.

From the quality of the image to all the things it allows you to do on the app… This is a great product for a good price. I’m very happy with this purchase

5.0 out of 5 stars Very happy!

Easy to set up via the app which you download. I wanted to replace an old indoor camera which we use to watch our dogs when we are out. This is a great camera and much clearer and better colours than the one it replaced

I did send it back as once connected to the app the movement was a bit fiddly and it will only seem to me to connect to a 2.4g Internet. Mine is 5g so it would match up so had to teather from my phone. Hence why I sent it back.
Just check your broadband had 2.4g available and should be OK.

This is really good for checking in on my hounds when I’m out & about.
It was easy to set up & the quality of the images is good.

If there was a panoramic setting it would be much better as the field of vision means that there are some areas of the kitchen that it doesn’t capture.
Overall, I’m satisfied & it does do what I had hoped (blind spots aside)

Okay this is my first indoor camera so I didn’t really know what to expect but now that I have this camera is loads of things that I wish I knew before. i.e. is it best to put the app on my mobile phone , on my laptop or a PC tablet ? If I put on my mobile phone will it drain my battery ? don’t really know the answer yet. I wanted an indoor video camera to put on my windowsill so I thought okay this will be a good idea so when it arrived I did put on the windowsill to video whats happening outside my , but I didn’t realise that my windowsill is actually a bit of a small side. It is actually just fitted. However, when I put the video camera to take a picture it did a 360 picture and then fell on the floor, so this is not really ideal for for me.I did enjoy actually using it but I need to go back to the drawing board and think what I really need.
Ironically, I forgot to clean my window but funny enough the picture came out quite nice especially in the dark . However, sometimes there was a little bit of a blue glare and I think it’s a bit of a reflection from the actual video camera blue light . I found the app very nice easy to use . I didn’t like it when you put it to sleep as I has a mind of it own and turn around and when I went to wake it up, it would be facing the wrong way, you can turn the camera around from the app. However, this isn’t ideal for me .

    This addresses our security needs.

The camera works in the daytime and at night with equally good vision.

You can use an app that is downloaded to your phone. You can record what is being shown on the camera, and save photos from it is you need to and can monitor things while away from home.

This takes a little while to set up but once done, it is easy to use and control through the app. You have to agree to extensive terms and conditions in order to use it though.

I bought this to watch my puppy while I’m out. I’ve been through 2 other brands of camera and both had big flaws so was returned. This camera however is excellent. Image quality is fantastic, alerts work flawlessly, Ai features work well and all this without needing a subscription.

I do have 2 little niggles with the camera though hence 4 stars. 1) the pet Ai option isn’t available and it does not target the dog to zoom in on most of the time. 2) This is the big one, the field of view! Hung from the ceiling in a corner leaves quite a large blind spot because the camera doesn’t have a high vertical field of view.

I am going to keep the camera because of its other positives in comparison to others I’ve tried outweigh the negatives but just be aware of that field of view thing. I will probably buy another one to watch in the kitchen which with my house layout can turn and cover the blind spot in the living room when I’m out if the dog is secured in the living room.

We have a camera in our little girls room to check when she sleeps. We bought this to replace an older EZVIZ model so we were already a fan of the make. This one has a better quality picture than our previous model.

There is also motion sensing, which we don’t really need, but we’ve checked it out and it works well. There is a mode where you can see more like daylight in night, but this has a bright light which is distracting for sleep but the picture on that mode is amazing.

We use it to communicate when our little one isn’t settling down and the voice feature is really good, it is clear and not too loud or shocking (which it was in the older model).

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis camera comes with so many functions that my head is spinning as much as the 360 degrees view.

Couple of important points for me: it takes mini SD card (it will format it itself) and has the 2.4 & 5G.

You are presented with 7 or 30 days free trial cloud options and once the trial is up you pay 2.99 per week (promo option – 4.99 after) or other options monthly or annually. These options is for storing 7 or 30 days video history.

For the camera itself, it is nice and well working camera.
You need to download manual via the QR code from the box/manual summary.

Connecting to your home network – I’ve had some issues initially, mainly due to setting up passwords for the app, then my wi fi connection etc. Bit messy and had to re-install the app but got there in the end.

The 360 degrees view – it doesn’t turn round as I expected. It goes to one side (eg right) and goes back to the other side (eg left) covering the 360 but without full turn.

-Quality of the picture – is good. Sharp, good visibility. No issues here.
    -NIght colour vision
The way it works to have a colour night vision – it lights up – and the light is very strong! It’s motion sensor so, if like me you’re plannning on having it in a bedroom to observe pet’s antics – I suggest you switch it off. Otherwise you’ll be flooded with light in the middle of the night
-Night vision – the standard infra red (IR) – works very well
    – Patrolling – you can set up automatic patrolling -the camera will turn around to cover chosen area. There are many more options in this function
-Intelligent detection – human, abnormal sound sensing and image change detection. You can set up detection zones.

There are so many more functions – with calling, sound alarms etc that my head is spinning and it will take me some time to try out all and set up to my desired settings.

When watching live – the camera doesn’t have any delays – maybe milliseconds but not more. It is very responsive.

Connection is stable and once I was able to connect it properly, it’s a breeze. At current promo price (39.99) and even the normal price of 49.99 it is definitely worth getting it.
Comes with a small plate so you can install it on the wall or ceiling. Cable is approx 2m long – USB A to plug and USB C to camera.

4 stars for slightly messy set up. Could be easier. On top of setting up passwords – for the app, while connecting to your home network, be prepared to include various verification codes received during the set up process AND a six letter code from the bottom of your camera (all capital letters) to verify the product.

But once this one is out of the way, all fairly simply. Someone mentioned the motor – yes, bit noisy when calibrating but I didn’t hear the camera working when asleep – and my pet made the cam working hard during the night.

4.0 out of 5 stars Camera with so many functions

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI set this up to monitor a rat trap I have set up, it is focused on an area 20cm away in the dark and it returns an excellent, sharp night vision image with perfect motion detection. It is amazing such a camera is so cheap. Only problem is I found the documentation poor and it took a couple of hours to figure out how to use it properly. In addition to the SD card issue mentioned by others, the motion detection menu is hard to find and not very intuitive as you have to select the area you want FOR motion detection, i.e. it come out of the box with the entire field of vision switched off for motion detection! Once I figured this out and selected the entire field of vision it worked perfectly. So impressed.

The 2k indoor camera is good, overall.

Video quality is on-par with my T brand of the same style. Connection was difficult at first, took 3 attempts to get it to work with my phone (I work in tech so it wasn’t user error), did some fiddling and managed to get it working.

The night-light feature was a surprise, it has the regular IR lights/night vision, but also the option to turn on a bright spotlight when movement is detected. This then gives full colour night vision (more limited than IR) but works well.

Camera is quite noisy when calibrating… it sounds rather unhealthy but I believe it’s fine, just the motor making noise when it can’t move any further in one direction.

The app is a disappointment. It’s clunky and more unintuitive than other cam apps that I’ve used. However, I won’t mark the camera itself down for this as that would be unfair, but it’s something to be aware of.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBought this as we just got a new puppy and we want to keep an eye when we go to the gym. The camera is easy to set up and add other people to the app so they can also watch. It turns and moves good, does screenshots and records video. You can pay to have the camera store video too. The quality is good, especially the night vision it’s really clear and you can hear and see everything. The app is easy to use and access. However, we have found the microphone doesn’t connect when we are out of the house. It works fine if we are in the house and on the same WiFi but outside of the house it just constantly tries to call the camera but doesn’t connect. Disappointing as that’s one of the reasons we have it (we can only watch in horror now if we see puppy chewing as we can’t yell through the camera!) not sure why it won’t work outside of the home. Other than that it’s a great camera for the price but yeah just be aware about the mic.

I prefer the smaller and can’t rotate model but anyway I bought this due to discount. It is not bad but just quite bulky and I don’t really need the pan and rotate.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI have to admit, I was expecting to test this camera and then move onto the next test unit. At this price point, exceptions must be made. Now, I’ll also admit that I only looked at the price and briefly glanced over the specs, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the RJ45 network port. One of the problems with WiFi cameras is the WiFi. It’s convenient and flexible, but it can be a reliability nightmare. The cabled solution mitigates the issue

My main requirement is RTSP as I want to use other DVR apps and have constant monitoring employed. At first, I thought I’d made a mistake, but it turned out that I had just missed a few settings (RTSP has to be enabled per camera)

So far, these cameras have proven to be more compatible than my previous, more expensive, cameras. Not only that but they also seem to be more forgiving regarding incoming connections

The camera quality is great. There are a few tweaks that can be made to the image but the best is backlighting compensation. It can render a blown-out scene with detail

The app isn’t bad either. The previous app allowed sharing but it was limited to live view. This app also allows members to view recordings

The last thing I’m going to mention for now is the Alexa/Google support. My previous cameras were available in the home apps but the features are super basic and essentially limited to motion alerts. This camera can also display the stream on home assistant devices with screens

    So far, I’m really impressed

This must be an old version of the product. I have all Ezviz cameras and they can all play recorded videos at up to 16 times speed. This camera is like the older ones which I gave away a long time ago. You have to use something called “Lan live view” to play SD card recordings at more than normal speed. It’s OK but disappointing that Amazon still sell them. It never occurred to me that this wouldn’t be a new model.
