This is my second ps5 cooling fan. (The first operated from bottom of device and heat rises.. My bad) This fan is in my belief effective. I like that it turns itself on/off based on temperature. Now here’s what I don’t like: The RBG lights on the fan, there is no way to control them.. At all if the fan is on so are these lights that you can’t select the color of or anything. This is just me maybe but I don’t like the back of my ps5 lighting up with little rainbows of colors everytime the thing turns on.
I did receive the PS5 fan on time and the shipping was excellent no damage. the Fan worked great you can feel the hot being forced out of the system. My only suggestion is that the blue LED light can be turned off without turning off the fan, the Blue LED bleed out to my cinematic TV LED backlight it but it can be fixed by placing my PS5 away or out of sight. It also improves ,my PS5 overall performance and will make your console last longer (Anything device that constantly on high temp will have shorter lifespan).
****** the FAN does sucks air out and also helps air flow more easily in your console, I ADVISE to buy a dust filter for your PS5 as well. so you don’t have to clean the inside as often.
I ordered it because I heard of the PS5 overheating problems I’ve noticed that the system is that is warm to the touch as it was before and the multicolored lights give a nice effect. I think it’s worth the Price which is not bad.
High quality fan works great and it keeps my console at a pleasant temperature without worry of overheating. I see lots of reviews of people having to bend or melt the plastic to get it to fit (ITS NOT NECESSARY) just don’t be afraid and slowly and gently push it into place until the USB power connector clicks into the back of the console. Its designed that way so it doesn’t fall off with little effort.
Installs in 30 seconds as it just clips onto the back of the PS. With the fans on their lowest setting, they’re barely audible from 5 feet away. They are definitely louder on the two higher settings, but you really don’t need to run them that hard for them to work. In the lowest setting, it keeps my PS5 slim from kicking the internal fan into the obnoxious high speed mode which is MUCH louder than any noise these tiny fans can produce. Overall, the PS runs cooler and is quieter than without the fans installed, so they did exactly what I was hoping they would.

Bien efficace et pas trop de bruit. Aprs, 3 heures d’un jeu bien gourmand en ressources. J’ai t surpris que la console tait peine tide.
Order was on time, and the package was in great condition. It was a less than 5 minute setup, which is awesome. I have noticed the fan working great and making a differencemy ps5 does not get nearly as warm as without the fan. I can play/watch for hours and the temperature is just as neutral as it was before I turned it on. Great product and super helpful
The cooling fan is very light, works great and is compatible with my PS5 slim, and I also liked that it has a led light. You may hear a slightly loud sound at first when the fan is running, but you will not notice this sound much as you focus on the game while playing. So, as long as the fan works and solves the overheating problem, the product is 5 stars for me.
First & foremost, make sure you have the 2023 gen version. If you have the original Gen, then you’ve wasted your money if you can’t figure out a way to connect the console & fan.
Stick your hand behind the fans after playing an hour or more & you definitely feel the amount of heat this device helps pull out of your PS5. If you watch the video I took, then you can hear the fan is a bit noisy. Please keep in mind I have about 15 feet between where I sit while playing & my PS5 but the video was take less than a foot from my PS5. While the noise doesn’t detract from my game play, it would be nice if motor, bearing & fan assemblies was built with better quality products which would probably reduce the noise.
Overall, it does a pretty good job off keeping my console cooled off so I won’t complain too much about the product.
The fan is a tad noisy but you’ll forget it’s on when you’re playing the ps5. The light is cool. I haven’t figured out of it can be turned off but the glow from the blue is mellow. In more confined space it’s noticeable but I imagine in open spaces the blue would be dull. Overall though a great way to pull heat from the ps5 slim.
Pour le ventilo en lui mme, il a trois vitesses ( il y a un bouton derrire). Le truc sympa c’est qu’il enregistre la vitesse mme lorsque vous teignez la console. Vous avez galement une lumire bleu qui donne une petite ambiance cool derrire la console.
Pour le fonctionnement, je pense qu’il fait son boulot c’est dire l’vacuation de la chaleur. Par contre il n’y a qu’un seul petit ventilo la o a chauffe le plus alors qu’il y en a 2 la o a chauffe le moins. Donc j’ai remarqu que le capot de la console est quand mme chaud, j’avais l’ancienne PS5 avec un ventilo il me semble que a chauffait moins. Alors peut-tre que la nouvelle chauffe plus, noter que ce seul ventilo se trouve exactement la o il y a le SSD qui chauffe beaucoup donc srement lier.
Bonsoir je met 5 toiles car ses ventilateur sont de bonne qualit ils ne font aucun bruit esthtiquement ils sont beaux avec ses led bleu quand j’allume ma ps5 on sent bien la puissance des ventilateur j’ai mis mon doigt sans le faire exprs sur le ventilateur en marche j’ai t surpris par la puissance l’installation se fait en un clin d’il je recommande ses ventilateur tous ceux qui ont la ps5 slim la qualit est au rdv, merci je suis trs conte
