How is this product different to the rest of the range?

Flexitol Rescue Heel Balm contains 25% urea and is designed to treat dry & cracked skin. Flexitol Intensely Nourishing Foot Cream contains a lower percentage of urea and is designed for regular maintenance for softer, smoother feet.

How often do I need to use Flexitol Rescue Heel Balm?

For best results, we recommend applying twice daily – morning and night. Once restored, we recommend using Flexitol Intensely Nourishing Foot Cream regularly to maintain the condition of you skin.

What is Urea and why is it important?

Urea occurs naturally in the skin and helps to hydrate dry skin and remove dead skin cells. Applying a cream containing Urea will help improve the condition of dry, flaky skin.

How long do I need to leave it on?

Since the product is designed to deeply penetrate into the skin, washing off is not required. Feet may be slippery straight after use so mind your step or put your feet up for five minutes while the balm absorbs fully into your skin.

This stuff is amazing. I tried another Flexitol product (Hard Skin and Callus Balm 56g) as well as Margaret Dabbs previously but I reckon this is the best. I am flat footed and have (had) the feet of a long distance caveman runner. My wife had even bought me a gift voucher to Margaret Dabbs in London as my feet are bad and I bought one of those exfoliating boot thingies on Amazon and did that during lockdown. Its embarrassing in summer because of the hard skin and split heels and toes and the kids always say daddy why do your feet look like that. I used this diligently for 3 weeks night and day and my feet are transformed. All hard skin is practically gone and cuts have healed. I occasionally forget to do but I will still get to do it once a day. I have just ordered and received the 485g tub as I had ordered the tube previously but will be on this for a while now. Magic potion! No more wearing sock on my flip flops, roll on summer!

WOW, THIS PRODUCT really DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN! Perfect for many skin conditions for your feet from dry itchy skin and calluses. id recommend using after a long soak in the bath, pop it on and put socks on to lock in that moisture. within a week my feet were noticeably looking a lot healthier. this tub would last months which makes it amazing value for money without a trip too the doctors. smells lovely, would definitely recommend. anyone can use this product, comes in a balm, cream and in various sizes.

I bought this after reading reviews as I suffered from very dry heels in the summer. I will also vouch this works! I had very dry skin on my heel and after using my problem has gone. I even recommended to my family member who had the same issue like me and even she’s found her dry heels is gone.

Made a big difference to my very dry leathery feet in a couple of days. A rich thick cream that’s easily absorbed. Need to apply it 2/3 times a day at first to get the full benefit. If you’ve got dry heels this is the solution.

This is absolutely fantastic. I’ve had sore cracked/split heels for a while, and they have been painful to walk on. I tried everything. Received this product last night and have applied twice after exfoliating, popped on a pair of socks, and this morning they’ve improved drastically. It’s a miracle in a tube. The cracks are still there obviously, but over a few days I can imagine they’ll hopefully be almost healed. Thank you so much for this product.

Incredible results on dry and cracked heels. Results visible in just a couple of days.

I have a habit of walking around the house barefoot on a mixture of tile, laminate and carpet. This has caused be to have cracked and sore heels. I have been using other brands in the past on and off until I discovered this product.

The results are almost miraculous. If you have cracked or dry heels or feet. This is the balm you are looking for.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this. My feet were cracked at the heels, so so dry that I had to wear socks to bed to avoid my heels scratching against the bed covers. I’ve used so many different creams and none have worked until I found this. This cream is amazing and transformed my feet within a few days. I’ve used it every day twice a day for approximately 2 weeks and I no longer suffer from cracked heels. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants soft beautiful feet!
